Stolen vehicle was reported at 8:53 a.m. Sept. 15 as occurring the night before at the 400 block of K Street. Counterfeit $100 was reported being found at 6:05 p.m. Sept. 15 on the sidewalk at the 1500 block of 4th Street. Reporting party gave the bill to the Lincoln Police Department. Rebecca Rodriguez, 46, of Lincoln was arrested at 6:05 p.m. Sept. 15 by loss prevention personnel for shoplifting at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. She was released on citation. Jeremy Pinzon, 30, of Lincoln was arrested at 7:48 a.m. Sept. 16 and found to be in possession of a fully-automatic assault rifle and a stolen, fully-automatic handgun at the 1700 block of 1st Street. He violently resisted the officer's attempts to arrest him and was ultimately arrested for several felony charges. Pinzon was also arrested for a robbery that occurred in August. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Fraud was reported at 8:44 a.m. Sept. 16 at the 700 block of Tioga Lane. Reporting party said a computer was hacked and personal and financial information was obtained. Sharon Humphries, 39, of Lincoln was arrested at 3:24 a.m. Sept. 17 after a traffic stop for a warrant (no bail for traffic) at Lincoln Boulevard/Highway 65. She was booked at the South Placer Jail. Vandalism was reported at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 17 at the 1500 block of 1st Street. Reporting party said a juvenile entered the building and caused damage. Stephen Debord, 37, of Olivehurst was arrested at 7:58 p.m. Sept. 17 after a traffic stop at Lincoln Boulevard/Highway 65. He was arrested for possession of a baton, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while his license was suspended. Debord was released on citation. Vandalism was reported at 1:06 a.m. Sept. 18 at the 800 block of Sierra View Circle. Someone broke a house window and it was unknown if anything was taken. David Poole, 32, of Diamond Springs and Ashley Stetler, 27, of Placerville were arrested at 2:10 a.m. Sept. 18 in the parking lot of a closed business at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Poole was found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia and Stetler was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were released on citation. Petr Melnichuk, 35, of Citrus Heights was arrested at 11:25 p.m. Sept. 18 and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at Ferrari Ranch Road/Lincoln Boulevard. He was released on citation. Petty theft of controlled medication from a house was reported at 12:07 p.m. Sept. 18 at the 2900 block of Blue Herron Loop. Burglary was reported at 9:06 a.m. Sept. 19 at the 100 block of H Street. Reporting party said someone broke lock to victim's storage shed and stole numerous lawn tools. Tanis Myers, 27, of Yuba City was arrested at 6:19 p.m. Sept. 19 by loss prevention personnel for shoplifting and possession of burglary tools at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. He used a device to remove security features from store merchandise, concealed them on his person and exited the store without paying for them. Myers was released on citation. Petty theft was reported at 8:14 p.m. Sept. 19 at the 70 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Reporting party said a male used victim's debit card for gas purchase at gas station. Anthony Yu, 41, of Lincoln was arrested at 12:39 p.m. Sept. 20 for a no-bail felony warrant (intimidating a witness) at the 1100 block of Hillwood Loop. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Mauricio Zenon, 35, of Lincoln was arrested at 11:06 p.m. Sept. 20 for a warrant (driving under the influence of alcohol) and found to be in possession of methamphetamine at the 1700 block of 1st Street. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Kari Jo Meredith, 43, of Lincoln was arrested at 9:29 a.m. Sept. 21 after a traffic stop for three warrants (possession of meth X2 and possession of a stun gun) at the 1500 block of 1st Street. She was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Meredith was released on citation. Alejandro Ayala, 37, of Lincoln was arrested at 8:11 p.m. Sept. 21 for public intoxication at the 1000 block of 1st Street. He was booked at the South Placer Jail.
