Auburn incident report: 28 arrests in 20 days, including 8 DUIs

Oct. 30 Shaun William Isaac Burton, 28, was arrested at 2:24 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 300 block of Grass Valley Highway. Timothy James Macintryredelaney, 25, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Epperle Lane at Auburn Ravine Road. Oct. 29 Travis Paul Royce, 23, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Live Oak Lane at Grass Valley Highway. Oct. 26 Christopher Robert Delemarre Jr., 39, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. on suspicion of domestic abuse, damaging a communication device to prevent help, resisting/obstructing an officer and committing a felony while released on bail on Cleveland Avenue at High Street. Oct. 24 Steven Edwin Gates, 61, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. on suspicion of domestic abuse on the 12600 block of Patricia Place. Oct. 23 At 9:08 p.m., Auburn Police Department officers responded to a vehicle vs. train incident in the area of 403 Rogers Lane, Auburn. The truck had gotten stuck crossing the roadway and partially blocked the railroad tracks. As the train approached, the driver fled from his vehicle when the train struck the car. No one was injured, and there was only minor damage to the train. William Sawle Middlebrook, 59, was arrested at 8:32 a.m. on suspicion of obstructing/resisting an officer on Auburn Ravine Road at Persimmon Terrace. Oct. 22 Anthony Josephgarvai Lemus, 26, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and driving with a blood-alcohol limit above 0.01 while on probation for a previous DUI on the 300 block of Elm Avenue. Oct. 21 Dashel Edward Roumage, 26, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on suspicion of violating a felony parole and for being under the influence of a controlled substance on Grass Valley Highway at Elm Avenue. Esmeralda Garcia, 44, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. on suspicion of violating a protective order on the 10900 block of Blocker Drive. Oct. 18 Jordon Jalal Haddad, 26, was arrested at 11:12 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol on Auburn Folsom Road at Indian Hill Road. Elise Garner, 27, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs on Auburn Folsom Road at High Street. Chester Lee Sheppard, 33, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. on suspicion of making a criminal threat on the 2900 block of Richardson Drive. Corey James Dragon, 46, was arrested at noon on suspicion of violating a protective order. Oct. 17 Officers were called to the Nevada Street and McClung Street area at 8:14 p.m. after someone called dispatch to report a possible female lying in the middle of the roadway. Officers located the female in the area who displayed obvious indicators of being under the influence. During the investigation, officers discovered the female was also on Placer County Probation with a no-alcohol clause. Angela Donnell Alexander, 52, was subsequently arrested at 8:30 p.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct and for violating probation on a previous misdemeanor arrest. Limenew Nedatibeb Akalewold, 31, was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on suspicion of obstructing/resisting an officer and assaulting a police officer with intimidation on Fulweiler Avenue at Sterling Avenue. Oct. 16 Michael Robert Casey, 55, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on the 1600 block of Auburn Ravine Road. Nathanial William Lindstrom, 37, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. for vandalism on the 2700 block of Richardson Drive. Randall Edward Pletcher, 54, was arrested at 1:56 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Lincoln Way at Ferguson Road. Jennifer Lauren Sauer, 38, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on suspicion of making a criminal threat on the 100 block of Agard Street. Oct. 15 Jacob Stephen Limon, 28, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Virginia Street at Gold Street. Oct. 14 Wardell Edwards, 21, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on suspicion of disobeying a court order on the 1200 block of Lincoln Way. Oct. 13 Roman Vincent Wray, 36, was arrested at 10:09 a.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct on Luther Road at Canal Street. Oct. 12 Adam Gerald Stocks, 38, was arrested 2:15 p.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct and for violating probation on a previous misdemeanor arrest on High Street. Paige Caroline Shelley Connor, 20, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on suspicion of conspiracy to commit a crime and battery with serious bodily injury on the 1200 block of Lincoln Way. Kenneth Brady Fox, 19, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on suspicion of conspiracy to commit a crime and battery with serious bodily injury on the 1200 block of Lincoln Way. Trinity Lynn Seely, 22, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on suspicion of conspiracy to commit a crime and battery with serious bodily injury on the 1200 block of Lincoln Way. Oct. 11 Shane Taylor Gray, 29, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. on suspicion of being a public nuisance on the 200 block of Palm Avenue. Kaitlynn Marie Turner, 30, was arrested at 10:09 a.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on Placer Street at Maple Street.
