Raymond F. Cassiday

Raymond F. Cassiday was born on August 5, 1923, in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He passed away on June 1, 2003 in Auburn, CA.He had been a resident of Auburn, CA almost continuously since 1945, and considered Auburn his home. He was a retired real estate agent, having worked at Cliff Merrian, Inc., of Auburn for approximately 20 years. Raymond served in WWII in the Army Air Corps in the European theater of operations. He was a member and Deacon of Bell Road Baptist Church in Auburn, CA.Survivors: Wife of 57 years Nadine Cassiday of Auburn, CA. Sons & daughters-in-law Johnnie (Linda) Smith of Auburn, CA, Donald (Kathy) Smith of Rocklin, CA, and Raymond (Francine) Cassiday of Marysville, WA. Daughter & son-in-law Patricia (Sidney) Schrage of Red Bluff, CA. 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Predeceased by Son Brian L. Cassiday of Salem, OR. Predeceased by Sister Lorene Griffin of Roseville, CAFuneral services will be on Monday, June 9, 2003 at 10:00 am at the Bell Road Baptist Church, in Auburn, CA.
