Penney has what it takes to be Superior Court judge

I have been a peace officer in the state of California for more than 14 years. I have worked with deputy district attorneys in numerous counties in both southern and northern California.During my eight years in Placer County I have had the privilege of working with Jeff Penney on numerous occasions. Jeff Penney has displayed honesty, thoughtfulness and sound judgment both in and out of the courtroom. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy and I believe that he would be the kind of judge I would want whether I was the defendant, the prosecutor or the police officer involved in a case.The position of superior court judge is too important to ?hope? we get the right person for the job.
