Lincoln Police Department was involved with five Outside Agency assists – all of these incidents reported unauthorized use of personal ID. These incidents were reported Jan. 28, Jan. 30, Feb. 1, Feb. 2 and Feb. 6 at various undisclosed locations.Grand theft – Appliances were reported stolen Jan. 22 at the 100 block of O'Hara Place.Burglary – An unknown amount of merchandise was reported stolen Jan. 24 at the 500 block of Highway 65.Theft – Landscape items were reported stolen Jan. 28 at the 2200 block of Nolen Drive.Theft – Items were reported stolen from a vehicle Feb. 1 at the 1300 block of Silverspur Circle.Vandalism/property damage – A window was reported shot or broke Feb. 1 at the 2000 block of Donovan Drive.Stephen Eldred Hill, 33, of Sacramento was cited and released Feb. 1 at the intersection of Delancy Lane and Deanna Court by Lincoln police on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.Loren Michel Rajender, 28, of Lincoln was cited and released Feb. 1 at the intersection of Letterkenny Lane and Glenveagh Lane by Lincoln police on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to Sutter Roseville Medical Center.William Joseph Richter, 49, of Reno was arrested Feb. 2 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road by Lincoln police on suspicion of disorderly conduct. No bail was set. He was detained only and released Feb. 3.Jerry Royce Doud, 22, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 2 at the intersection of Highway 65 and Sunset Boulevard by Lincoln police on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $5,000. He was released Feb. 3 on bail bond.Daniel James Duran, 38, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 2 at the 900 block of Pleasant Grove Boulevard by Roseville police on suspicion of petty theft. Timothy Eugene Armistead, 22, of Roseville was cited and released Feb. 2 at the intersection of Seventh and E streets by Lincoln police on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.Arvie Abad Hinahon, 20, of Lincoln was cited and released Feb. 2 at the 400 block of Highway 65 by Lincoln police on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.A male juvenile, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 2 at an undisclosed location by Lincoln police on suspicion of battery on a person.Jason Scott Mora, 25, of Carmichael was cited and released Feb. 3 at the intersection of Highway 65 and Industrial Avenue by Lincoln police on suspicion of driving while license suspended for DUI, a misdemeanor warrant and vehicle code violations.Grand theft – Was reported Feb. 4 at an undisclosed location.Tony Ledezma, 33, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 4 at the 600 block of Fifth Street by Lincoln police on suspicion of a felony warrant.Justin Lucifer Acuna, 32, of Fair Oaks was arrested Feb. 4 at the 100 block of G Street by Lincoln police on suspicion of a bench warrant. Bail was set at $15,000.Laurel Everett White, 38, of Lincoln was cited and released Feb. 4 at the 200 block of Wild Oak Court by Lincoln police for disturbing the peace.Eric Bruce Sheridan, II, 19, of Rocklin was cited and released Feb. 4 at the 400 block of G Street by Lincoln police on suspicion of driving while license suspended for DUI.Phayloth Chandavong, 31, of Elk Grove was arrested Feb. 4 at the intersection of Highway 65 and Twelve Bridges Drive by Lincoln police on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.Mark James Grosvenor, 22, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 5 at the 200 block of Darien Court by Lincoln police on suspicion of an out of county warrant. Bail was set at $5,000.Cassandra Lynn Ross-Morales, 24, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 5 at the intersection of Highway 65 and Gateway Drive by Lincoln police on suspicion of a bench warrant. Bail was set at $20,000.Darrell Douglas Channell, 43, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 5 at the 1100 block of Galleria Boulevard by Roseville police on suspicion of petty theft.Violate protective court order – Was reported Feb. 5 at an undisclosed location.Burglary – Property was reported stolen from a residence Feb. 6 at the 1600 block of Fourth Street.Ronald Cole Caudillo, 21, of Lincoln was cited and released Feb. 6 at the 800 block of B Street by Lincoln police on suspicion of misdemeanor warrants.Disorderly conduct/medical aid – An individual under the influence of drugs was reported Feb. 6 at an undisclosed location.Vandalism/damage over $400 – Damage to toilets was reported Feb. 7 at the 2300 block of East Lincoln Parkway.Domestic battery and disobey court order – Was reported Feb. 7 at an undisclosed location.Assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm/battery – Was reported Feb. 7 at the 800 block of B Street.Jack Rose Nickens, 18, of Rocklin was cited and released Feb. 7 at the intersection of Ninth and B streets by Lincoln police on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol.A male juvenile of Roseville was cited and released Feb. 7 at the intersection of Ninth and B streets by Lincoln police on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol and tobacco.Samantha Marie Mendonca, 20, of Sacramento was arrested Feb. 7 at the 1600 block of First Street by Lincoln police on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.Kelly Elizabeth McConville, 28, was arrested Feb. 8 by Lincoln police on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $2,500. She was released Feb. 9 on bail bond.Guillermo Ramirez, 34, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 8 at the intersection of Main and Lincoln streets by Roseville police on suspicion of disorderly conduct.Anthony Russell Taylor, 19, was arrested Feb. 9 by Lincoln police on suspicion of grand theft, receive known stolen property and possession of burglary tools. Bail was set at $5,000.
