John Jacobo, 22, of Antelope was arrested at 2:39 a.m. Sept. 1 after a traffic stop for driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana at Twelve Bridges Drive/Industrial Avenue. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Duane Smith, 46, of Lincoln was arrested at 7:12 a.m. Sept. 1 after a probation search of his vehicle for possession of drug paraphernalia and burglary tools at the 100 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was released on citation. Sean Shepard, 29 and a transient, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. Sept. 1 for three warrants (possession of methamphetamine X2 and traffic) at McBean Park. He was also arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Shepard was booked at the South Placer Jail. Petty theft of items from a vehicle was reported at 11:36 a.m. Sept. 2 at the 600 block of Pigeon Court. Kevin Foutty, 19, of Rio Linda was arrested at 9:17 p.m. Sept. 2 after a traffic stop for petty theft after stealing clothing and other items from a store at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. He was released on citation. Marck Martinez, 23, of Lincoln was arrested at 9:53 p.m. Sept. 2 for a warrant (driving under the influence of alcohol) at the 1400 block of 1st Street. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Petty theft of a TV from hotel lobby was reported at 2:03 a.m. Sept. 3 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Vandalism, damaging signs and other items at cemetery, was reported at 9:32 a.m. Sept. 3 at the 1400 block of 1st Street. Crystal Taylor, 32, of Citrus Heights, was arrested at 9:39 a.m. Sept. 3 for shoplifting by loss prevention agents at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. She was released on citation. Frankie Randolph, 29, of Lincoln was arrested at 6:05 p.m. Sept. 3 for driving under the influence of alcohol at 6th Street/F Street. Randolph was booked at the South Placer Jail. Make/pass fictitious check was reported at 6:56 p.m. Sept. 3 at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Reporting party said someone cashed fictitious check using victim's checking account number. John McIlrath, 30 and a transient, was arrested at 9:19 a.m. Sept. 4 for a no-bail warrant from Amador County (domestic violence) at Lincoln Boulevard/Highway 65. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Petty theft was reported at 9:39 a.m. Sept. 4 at the 600 block of 1st Street. Reporting party said theft of electricity was by neighbor. Cornell Hiticas, 37, of Oroville was arrested at 12:19 p.m. Sept. 4 after a traffic stop for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at Athens Avenue/Industrial Avenue. He was released on citation. Michael Carpenter, 74, of Lincoln was arrested at 1:14 p.m. Sept. 4 for leaving an animal in an unattended vehicle when doing so endangered the animal's health at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was released on citation. Fraud was reported at 9:32 a.m. Sept. 5. Reporting party said someone gained access to information on victim's computer. Kevin Kline, 37 and a transient, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. Sept. 5 for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at E. Joiner Parkway/Twelve Bridges Drive. He was released on citation. Guadalupe Rodriguez, 28, of Yuba City was arrested at 5:35 p.m. Sept. 5 after a traffic stop for possession of a collapsible baton and drug paraphernalia at Highway 65/Lincoln Boulevard. He was booked at the South Placer Jail and a parole hold was placed on him. Jessica McQueen, 41 and a transient, was arrested at 8:31 p.m. Sept. 5 by loss prevention personnel for shoplifting at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. She was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and was arrested for that as well. McQueen was released on citation. Petty theft of store products by a male was reported at 8:24 a.m. Sept. 6 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. Petty theft of a large amount of store products by two females was reported at 10:41 a.m. Sept. 6 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Ashley McKale, 32, of Sacramento was arrested at 3:47 a.m. Sept. 7 after a traffic stop for possession of metal knuckles at 1st Street/E Street. She was released on citation. Petty theft of items from a vehicle was reported at 9:53 a.m. Sept. 7 as occurring overnight at the 2800 block of Cardinal Drive. Christopher Langley, 43, of Wheatland was arrested at 9:23 p.m. Sept. 7 after a traffic stop for a felony warrant (violation of post-release community supervision) at E. 8th Street/Herold Avenue. He was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Langley was booked at the South Placer Jail. Information is taken from area law-enforcement logs.
