Aug. 26 An unknown suspect entered unlocked vehicles, rummaged through a tool box and stole a pocket knife and candy at 9:15 a.m. on the 100 block of Spring Water Way. An unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a checkbook at 11:05 a.m. on the 100 block of S. Fork Way. An unknown white male adult suspect stole two Rolex wristwatches from a store at 12:35 on the 300 block of Iron Point Road. Rory St. Charles, 57, of Folsom, was arrested for public intoxication at 2:30 p.m. on the 800 block of E. Bidwell Street. Timothy Martin, 26, of Folsom, was arrested for flash incarceration and possession of illegal drugs with the intent to sell at 5:20 p.m. on the 600 block of Addison Lane. Matthew McNeil, 39, of Pollock Pines, was arrested for driving under the influence at 9:05 p.m. on the 100 block of Placerville Road. James Lind, 50, of Sacramento, was arrested for public intoxication at 11:35 p.m. on the 200 block of Placerville Road. Aug. 27 Brenae Bryant, 32, of Antelope, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and violating probation at 10:25 p.m. on the 400 block of E. Bidwell Street. Aug. 28 An unknown male adult suspect burglarized a residence at 4:17 p.m. on Yellowstone Lane. Fabien Jimenez, 33, and Trina Davis, 35, were both arrested at 8:25 p.m. on U.S. Highway 50. Jimenez was arrested for driving with a suspended license, violating parole, possession of a controlled substance and having false registration tags. Davis was arrested for welfare fraud. Aug. 29 An unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a gold necklace, sunglasses, a phone charger and $15 cash at 4 a.m. on the 2300 block of Iron Point Road. An unknown suspect vandalized a tree at 8:23 a.m. on Aspen Meadows Drive. An unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole registration and insurance paperwork at 10:20 a.m. on the 200 block of Natoma Station Drive. An unknown suspect stole credit cards at 2:16 p.m. on Royal Troon Drive. An unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a MacBook Pro at 6:30 p.m. on the 9500 block of Greenback Lane. Marlon Patrick, 46, of Rancho Cordova, was arrested for public intoxication at 8 p.m. on Natoma Street and Stafford Street. Jonathan Broddrick 36, of Folsom, was arrested for driving under the influence at 9:30 p.m. on E. Natoma Street and Green Valley Road. Aug. 30 Ross Arrol, 23, was arrested for possession of tear gas, possession of a controlled substance and possession of illegal drugs with the intent to sell at 8:40 a.m. on Rushcliffe Court. Joseph Rendon, 31, of Folsom, was arrested for public intoxication at 12:55 p.m. on the 400 block of Stafford Street. Brianna Osborne, 23, of Sacramento, was arrested for grand theft and possession of illegal drugs with the intent to sell at 5:30 p.m. on the 1800 block of Cavitt Drive. James McCarver, 29, of Sacramento, was arrested for violating parole, shoplifting, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of illegal drugs with the intent to sell and violating parole at 8:55 p.m. on the 2400 block of Iron Point Road. Timothy Hess, 40, of Rocklin, was arrested for driving under the influence at 9:45 p.m. on Folsom-Auburn Road and Dam Road. Lisa McClure, 50, of Folsom, was arrested following a traffic collision for driving under the influence at 11 p.m. on Barnhill Drive and Blossom Rock. Aug. 31 Derrick Gatewood, 28, of Sacramento, was arrested for driving under the influence at 2:25 a.m. on the 100 block of Natoma Station Drive. Sean Ikehara, 47, was arrested for possession of illegal drugs with the intent to sell at 3:51 p.m. on White Rock Road. Khoi Do, 30, of Elk Grove, was arrested for driving under the influence at 9:15 p.m. on Folsom Boulevard and Blue Ravine Road. Sarah Bellah, 25, of Folsom, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance in jail, possession of drugs for sale, bringing contraband into jail, possession of a controlled substance and possession of illegal drugs with the intent to sell at 9:45 p.m. on the 1000 block of Riley Street. Tyson Hutchings, 38, of Auburn, was arrested for violating parole and driving under the influence at 10:10 p.m. on Folsom Lake Crossing and E. Natoma Street. Sept. 1 Bryce Lissard, 28, of North Highlands, was arrested at public intoxication at 12:30 a.m. on the 9900 block of Greenback Lane. Taquasia Hepburn, 30, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, was arrested for driving under the influence at 2:20 a.m. on the 9800 block of Greenback Lane. Kevin Lonczak, 31, of Folsom, was arrested for grand theft and resisting arrest at 7 p.m. on the 700 block of Glenn Drive. Sept. 2 Vincente Castaneda, 18, was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest at 2:16 a.m. on Orofino Drive. David Kilmer, 52, of Orangevale, and Lynn Prall, 48, of Cameron Park, were arrested at 4:45 p.m. on the 1000 block of Riley Street. Kilmer was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, violating probation, possession of a controlled substance and possession of illegal drugs with the intent to sell. Prall was arrested for possession of illegal drugs with the intent to sell and possession of methamphetamine. Rhonda Ogden, 60, of Folsom, was arrested for public intoxication at 10:50 p.m. on Sutter Street and Wool Street. Sept. 3 Johnquaeja Carpenter, 21, Kaliyah Lee, 20, and Lakayla Walker, all of Orangevale, were arrested for grand theft at 2 p.m. on the 9200 block of Madison Avenue. Jacob Heard, 33, of Folsom, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, violating probation, driving with a suspended license for a DUI and operating a vehicle without a certified ignition interlock device at 4:20 p.m. on Folsom Boulevard and Bidwell Street. Brian Moist, 47, of Sacramento, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance at 8:20 p.m. on the 1000 block of Riley Street. Cassidy Messatizza, 24, of Folsom, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance at 9:35 p.m. on the 1100 block of Riley Street. Matthew Kelly, 38, of El Dorado Hills, was arrested for corporal injury on a spouse at 9:40 p.m. on the 700 block of Stafford Street. Sept. 4 An unknown suspect smashed a vehicle's window and stole a briefcase containing jewelry and a checkbook at 7:40 a.m. on the 100 block of Healthy Way. Kamil Howard, 35, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle at 8:04 a.m. on Bailey Circle. An unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a purse containing a wallet at 11:15 a.m. on the 1700 block of Creekside Drive. Credit cards were later fraudulently used. Rory St. Charles, 57, of Folsom, was arrested for public intoxication at 12 p.m. on the 700 block of E. Bidwell Street. Robert Twofeathers, 41, of Sacramento, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and violating probation at 1:40 p.m. on the 1000 block of Riley Street. An unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a backpack and climbing gear at 2:30 p.m. on the 100 block of Riley Street. An unknown suspect entered two unlocked vehicles and stole a scanner, registration, sunglasses and a purse at 3:20 p.m. on the 100 block of Big Valley Road. Mikki Jordan, 30, and Javoeea Blackman, 20, both of Fresno, were arrested at 4 p.m. on E. Bidwell Street and Iron Point Road. Jordan was arrested for violating parole and providing false identification to a police officer. Blackman was arrested for providing false identification to a police officer. Alonzo Thongkham, 22, and Richard Pal, 28, both of Oakland, were arrested at 7:50 p.m. on the 1000 block of E. Natoma Street. Thongkham was arrested for shoplifting, conspiracy to commit a crime and violating probation. Pal was arrested for shoplifting, conspiracy to commit a crime, providing false identification to a police officer and violating probation. Sept. 5 Todd Seward, 42, was arrested for corporal injury on a spouse at 7:44 a.m. in El Dorado Hills. An unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole fog lamps and a polisher at 9:40 a.m. on the 100 block of Oak Mill Road. Mikael Tirado, 22, of Rancho Cordova, was arrested for carrying a concealed firearm, possession of high capacity magazine, carrying a loaded firearm in public and possession of drugs for sale at 8:25 p.m. on the 300 block of Palladio Parkway. Sept. 6 An unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a watch, Samsung tablet and phone chargers at 6:35 p.m. on the 700 block of Stafford Street. Sept. 7 Coriena Lennon, 31, of Folsom, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of illegal drugs with the intent to sell at 12:05 a.m. on Palladio Parkway and Iron Point Road. Justin Bear-Short, 41, of Sacramento, was arrested for possession of tear gas, possession of illegal drugs with the intent to sell and possession of methamphetamine at 1:15 a.m. on the 1000 block of Riley Street. Kari Jackson, 34, and Joseph Smith, 55, both of Folsom, were arrested at 6:20 p.m. on the 100 block of Johnston Court. Jackson was arrested for receiving stolen property, possession of illegal drugs with the intent to sell, possession of drugs for sale and violating probation. Smith was arrested for receiving stolen property and violating probation. Scott Latimer, 43, of Folsom, was arrested for public intoxication at 6:45 p.m. on the 100 block of Deerwood Way. Aaron Ziegler, 50, of Sacramento, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol at 7:30 p.m. on Natoma Street and Stafford Street. William Bartok, 58, of Cameron Park, was arrested for driving under the influence at 9:15 p.m. on Folsom Lake Crossing and E. Natoma Street.
