Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Fraudulent job offer, Tupperware theft, more

Sept. 10 A 49-year-old Colfax resident reported a theft by false pretenses in the 100 block of Hunter Lane in Colfax. An unknown individual contacted him by email with a job offer. After completing an interview, he was advised he was hired and provided with cashier's checks, for thousands of dollars, to buy equipment necessary for the position from pre-designated vendors. He learned the checks were fraudulent after they bounced when he attempted to pay the vendors for the equipment. Sept. 11 A 60-year-old Loomis resident reported vandalism at the Loomis RV Park in the 3900 block of Taylor Road. An unknown individual broke an emergency window to his travel trailer in an attempt to break in. A total of $250 in damage was reported. Sept. 12 Mohamd Anan Liddawi, 32, of Rocklin was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia in the 4000 block of Douglas Boulevard in Granite Bay. A burglary was reported at the Newcastle Portuguese Hall in the 600 block of Taylor Road. A total loss was not known. Sept. 13 Haily D. Benson-Crosby, 26, of Sacramento was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at Thunder Valley Casino outside Lincoln. Sept. 14 A 40-year-old Grass Valley resident reported his identity was stolen after an unknown individual applied for an auto loan using his personal information. A 31-year-old Auburn resident reported a theft in the 8500 block of Opal Drive in Auburn. Six packages of Tupperware, worth $1,266, were stolen from her front porch. Sept. 15 Eric Dupree Bryant Jr., 38, of Sacramento was arrested on suspicion of meth possession at Thunder Valley Casino. Sept. 16 Tanner J. Edward McCann, 29, of Auburn was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, transportation of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a billy club, possession of drug paraphernalia, heroin possession and meth possession. The arrest took place in the 13400 block of Lincoln Way in Auburn. A burglary and vandalism were reported at the Loomis RV Park in the 3900 block of Taylor Road. An unknown individual broke into the manager's office from the laundry room. A safe containing cash, checks and an auto-pay roster with clients' credit card information was stolen. A total of $500 in damages was reported. Sean Gray, 36, of Rocklin was arrested on suspicion of malicious mischief and obstructing or resisting in the 3800 block of Gladding Road in Lincoln. Ernestpo Mosqueda-Cisneros, 43, of Auburn was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in the Highway 49 and Quartz Drive area of Auburn. Seth Devlin Dunkjacobsnolten, a 42-year-old transient, was cited on suspicion of meth pipe possession in the Lake Arthur Road and Clipper Gap Road area of Auburn.
