Grand theft of a catalytic converter was reported at 6:48 a.m. Nov. 15 at the 100 block of Cattrail Court. Timothy Saulter, 33, of Suisan, and Jonathan Amey, 32, of San Pablo were arrested at 8:41 a.m. Nov. 15 after a theft investigation at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. Saulter was arrested for two Napa County warrants (possession of stolen property and theft) and was booked at the South Placer Jail. Amey was arrested for petty theft and released on citation. Commercial vandalism was reported at 11:12 a.m. Nov. 15 at the 1000 block of Sun City Lane. Reporting party said three suspects damaged three golf carts, sprinkler control boxes and two greens on the golf course. Christian Sandoval, 25 and a transient, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. Nov. 15 for a Placer County warrant (violation of a court order) at the ravine near E. 8th Street. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Fraud, using someone's credit cards at two local stores, was reported at 3:27 p.m. Nov. 15 at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Alexander Dingle, 27, of Antelope was arrested at 3:52 p.m. Nov. 15 for possession of drug paraphernalia at Twelve Bridges Drive/Industrial Boulevard. He was released on citation. Michael Garza, 30, of Lincoln was arrested at 8:41 p.m. Nov. 15 for battery resulting in serious bodily injury at the 800 block of I Street. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Attempted burglary was reported at 4:08 a.m. Nov. 16 at the 300 block of Palo Verde Way. Reporting party said suspect caught on RING camera entering a garage fled. Lamont Ray, 26, of Yuba City was arrested at 8:19 a.m. Nov. 16 for possession of drug paraphernalia at Lincoln Boulevard/Highway 65. He was released on citation. Jessica Garduque, 25, of Palermo, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. Nov. 16 after a traffic stop at Stanmark Lane/Groveland Lane for seven warrants from five jurisdictions. She was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and was also arrested for those charges. Garduque was booked at the South Placer Jail. Michael Benedict, 45, of Lincoln, Ruth Escobar, 43, of Lincoln, Charles Clark, 30 and a transient, and Joseph Clark, 27 and a transient, were arrested at 3:23 p.m. Nov. 16 at the 700 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Benedict was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and two Placer County warrants (possession of metal knuckles, a billy club, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia). Escobar was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and a Placer County warrant (possession of meth and drug paraphernalia). Charles Clark was arrested for a Placer County warrant (possession of drug paraphernalia). Joseph Clark was arrested for two Placer County warrants (possession of meth, drug paraphernalia, and a controlled substance). Benedict was booked at the South Placer Jail and the other three were released on citation. Keara Hendricks, 35, of Rancho Cordova was arrested at 7:35 p.m. Nov. 16 at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Following a probation search, she was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Hendricks was released on citation. Robert Rodriguez, 48, of Rio Linda and Tashwe Pinzon, 31, of Woodland were arrested at 11 p.m. Nov. 16 at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Rodriguez was arrested for a Placer County warrant (possession of methamphetamine). Pinzon was arrested for a Placer County warrant (possession of drug paraphernalia). Rodriguez was also arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Both were released on citation. Nicandro Cazares, 25, of Lincoln was arrested at 3:05 p.m. Nov. 17 after a traffic stop for a Placer County warrant (driving under the influence of alcohol) at 3rd Street/O Street. Cazares was released on citation. Grand theft of equipment from vehicle was reported at 4:21 a.m. Nov. 18 at the 2400 block of Saint Andrews Drive. Vandalism to several street signs was reported at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 18 at Del Webb Boulevard/E. Joiner Parkway. Fraud was reported at 10:57 a.m. Nov. 18 at Pebblestone Lane. Reporting party said someone fraudulently obtained several thousand dollars from victim. Marlayna Oleari, 36, of Lincoln was arrested at 3:59 p.m. Nov. 18 for two Placer County warrants (possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia) at the 200 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Oleari was released on citation. Michael Garza, 30, of Lincoln was arrested at 7:17 p.m. Nov. 18 for violation of a restraining order. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Christopher Palma, 36, of Sacramento was arrested at 12:49 a.m. Nov. 19 at the 600 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Following a probation search, he was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and released on citation. Camille Turner, 51 and a transient, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. Nov. 19 for a Placer County warrant (possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia) at the 100 block of Gateway Drive. She was released on citation. Carlos Perez, 45, Daniel Ponce, 43, and Cong Tran, 40 of Sacramento were arrested at 4:42 a.m. Nov. 19 during a traffic stop at Lincoln Boulevard/Highway 65. Cong was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Perez and Ponce were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. All were released on citation. Petty theft was reported at 9:43 a.m. Nov. 19 at the 300 block of D Street. Reporting party said someone stole terracotta lions' head from porch area. Fraud was reported at 6:16 p.m. Nov. 19 at Ashwood Way. Reporting party said someone fraudulently obtained several hundred dollars from victim. Petty theft of a backpack and wallet was reported at 6:21 p.m. Nov. 19 at the 2200 block of Las Palomas Loop. Ashleigh Maldonado, 30, and Frederick Maldonado, 31, of Sacramento were arrested at 7:01 p.m. Nov. 19 following a reported theft in progress at the 9000 block of Groveland Lane. They were found to be in possession of more than $1,000 worth of merchandise and were arrested for grand theft and conspiracy. Frederick was found to be in possession of identification and EDD cards belonging to other persons and was arrested for appropriation of lost property. He was also arrested for two Placer County warrants (possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia). Both were booked at the South Placer Jail. Charles Greenfield, 36, of Penryn, Jorge Fajardo, 41, of Sacramento, and Jonathan Echols, 38, of Roseville were arrested at 1:02 a.m. Nov. 20 at the 1300 block of Rossmere Lane. Greenfield was arrested for felony warrants from Nevada and Sonoma Counties (grand theft and burglary), possession of more than one ounce of marijuana (approximately 3.6 pounds), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Echols was arrested for a Mendocino County warrant (possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana for sale) and possession of more than one ounce of marijuana. Fajardo was arrested for possession of more than one ounce of marijuana. Greenfield was booked at the South Placer Jail. Fajardo and Echols were released on citation. John Doig, 32, of Lincoln was arrested at 8:29 a.m. Nov. 20 for driving under the influence of drugs at Ferrari Ranch Road/Sorrento Parkway. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Fraud was reported at 11:07 a.m. Nov. 20 at McClellan Lane. Reporting party said someone ordered items online through victim's account. Fraud was reported at 1:15 p.m. Nov. 20 at the Lincoln Police Department. Reporting party said someone opened several bank accounts using victim's identity. Fraud was reported at 3:32 p.m. Nov. 20 at Autumn Falls Lane. Reporting party said someone fraudulently obtained several hundred dollars from victim. Christopher Therrell, 41, and Sarah Therrell, 38, of Sacramento were arrested at 7:28 p.m. Nov. 20 at the 100 block of Gateway Drive. Officers conducted a probation search of their vehicle and found methamphetamine, identification, debit cards, and benefits cards belonging to others. Christopher Therrell was arrested for appropriation of lost property, committing a felony while out on bail and violation of a court order. Sarah Therrell was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, appropriation of lost property and acquiring personal identifying information with intent to defraud. Both were booked at the South Placer Jail. Melodie Cabrera, 64, of Lincoln was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Nov. 20 for battery at the 600 block of E Street. She was booked at the South Placer Jail. Burglary was reported at 10:45 a.m. Nov. 21 at the 700 block of East Avenue. Reporting party said someone forced entry into residence and there was no apparent property loss. Attempted fraud was reported at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 21 at 1st Street. Reporting party said suspects listed a property on Craigslist "for rent" when it was not for rent. Breana Harvey, 24, of Lincoln was arrested at 9:09 p.m. Nov. 21 at the 600 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Following a probation search, she was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Harvey was released on citation. Jesse Engineer, 24, of Lincoln was arrested at 10:31 p.m. Nov. 21 at Lavastone Drive/Cardinal Drive. Following a probation search, he was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Banom Leege, 24, of Lincoln arrived at the location and, following a probation search, was also arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Both were released on citation. Justin Shook, 24, of Lincoln was arrested at 11:53 p.m. Nov. 21 at Lincoln Boulevard/Gateway Drive. Following a probation search, he was arrested for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
