Auburn PD arrest report: Sexual assault on a minor and multiple DUIs

Nov. 30 Chandler Dave Fernandez, 20, was arrested for multiple outstanding warrants on the corner of Grass Valley Highway and Edgewood Road. Nov. 26 Lauren Nicole Lindsay, 27, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level higher than the legal limit. Nov. 25 Marcus Allen Menzel, 45, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. on suspicion of violation of parole on the corner of Sacramento Street and Lincoln Way. Nov. 20 Sabrina Rich, 49, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level higher than the legal limit on Lincoln Way at Oak Street. Rolland Earl Coleman IV, 18, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level higher than the legal limit for a person under the age of 21 on Lincoln Way at Flood Road. Nov. 19 Stacy Andrea Jenson, 53, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level higher than the legal limit on the 100 block of Grass Valley Highway. Nov. 18 Richard Allen Logan, 52, was arrested on an outside agency's misdemeanor warrant on the 500 block of Grass Valley Highway. Nov. 17 Mia Lani Newton, 49, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. on suspicion of domestic abuse and child abuse on the 200 block of Timberline Lane. Nov. 16 Miguel Santamaria, 46, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on suspicion of committing a lewd or lascivious act with a minor under 14 years of age, rape of a child and use of force on the 100 block of Belmont Drive.
