Justin Shook, 24, and Nickolas Jones, 23, both transients, were arrested at 2:44 a.m. April 25 at Gateway Drive/E Street. They were contacted in the ravine near the location. Police said Shook fled on a bicycle but was apprehended a short distance away. The bike was stolen the previous day and Shook was arrested for possession of stolen property, possession of heroin, resisting arrest and violation of probation. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Jones was arrested for possession of metal knuckles and released on citation. Grand theft of a vehicle catalytic converter was reported at 9:18 a.m. April 25 at the 1300 block of Incline Drive. Stolen vehicle was reported at 12:15 p.m. April 25 at the 100 block of Flocchini Circle. Reporting party said someone cut lock on fence and stole motorcycle. Grand theft of construction equipment from construction site was reported at 10:12 a.m. April 26 at the 3100 block of Ridgecrest Drive. Petty theft of a lighter from tobacco shop by a male was reported at 2:18 p.m. April 26 at the 100 block of Joiner Parkway. Jenea Harmon, 36, and a transient, and Scott Moore, 41, of Citrus Heights were arrested at 9:14 p.m. April 26 during a traffic stop at Lincoln Boulevard/Sterling Parkway. Harmon was arrested for 12 warrants (Placer, Tuolumne and Yuba counties) and Moore was arrested for three warrants (Placer and Sutter counties). Harmon was also arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Both were released on citation. Trevor Steward, 27, of Galt was arrested at 9:19 a.m. April 27 for two Placer County warrants (possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia) at the 700 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Following a probation search, Steward was arrested for possession of fentanyl and possession of a drug not prescribed to him. He was released on citation. Grand theft of a vehicle catalytic converter was reported at 1:14 p.m. April 28 at the 900 block of Lattitude Lane. Grand theft of a vehicle catalytic converter was reported at 2:49 p.m. April 28 at Green Ravine Drive/Longmeadow Lane. Herman Arauz-Quinon, 23, of North Highlands and Amy Siefkes, 26, of Marysville were arrested at 1:52 a.m. April 29 during a traffic stop at Industrial Avenue/Athens Drive. Following a probation search, Arauz was arrested for possession of a firearm and ammunition by a prohibited person (convicted felon), possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Siefkes was arrested for two Sutter County warrants (petty theft and traffic) and was released on citation. Jocelyn Montoya, 42, of Sacramento was arrested at 2:47 a.m. April 29 during a traffic stop for possession of drug paraphernalia at Twelve Bridges Drive/Highway 65. She was released on citation. Erika Silva, 32, of Olivehurst was arrested at 4:34 a.m. April 29 during a traffic stop for one Placer County warrant (driving on a suspended license) at the 1200 block of Athens Avenue. Following a probation search, Silva was also arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on citation. Grand theft of more than $2,000 in store product by a male was reported at 12:15 p.m. April 29 at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Petty theft of a drill set from a truck was reported at 4:58 p.m. April 29 at the 700 block of Lovejoy Lane. Grand theft of a vehicle catalytic converter was reported at 3:04 p.m. April 30 at the 60 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Daniel Gaisor, 34, of Pleasanton, and Jaycee Gillespie, 28, of Carmichael were arrested at 4:54 p.m. April 30 at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Gaisor was arrested for a Placer County warrant (possession of false check, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance) and Gillespie was arrested for a Placer County warrant (possession of drug paraphernalia). Both were released on citation. Christian Sandoval, 26 and a transient, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. April 30 for being under the influence of drugs at Ferrari Ranch Road/Joiner Parkway. Sandoval was booked at the South Placer Jail. Residential burglary was reported at 6:47 p.m. April 30 at the 400 block of I Street. Reporting party said suspects broke into boarded-up home and stole a table. Cory Patton, 42, of Lincoln was arrested at 7:02 p.m. April 30 for shoplifting in two stores at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Patton was released on citation. Gloria Zane, 25, of Rio Linda was arrested at 11:23 p.m. April 30 for a felony Sacramento County warrant (assault with a deadly weapon) at the 2600 block of 3rd Street. She was booked at the South Placer Jail. James Colgan, 40, of Sacramento was arrested at 12:24 a.m. May 1 during a traffic stop for a Sacramento County warrant (possession of a controlled substance) at Twelve Bridges Drive/Highway 65. He was released on citation. Petty theft of store items was reported at 5:29 p.m. May 1 at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Michael Hillman, 35, of Lincoln was arrested at 7:16 p.m. May 1 in an undisclosed location. Officers said Hillman was hiding inside an apartment closet and was arrested for battery on a spouse/cohabitant, two Placer County warrants (possession of a controlled substance while armed and possession of burglary tools) and resisting/obstructing an officer. Following a probation search, Hillman was also arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sales. Hillman was booked at the South Placer Jail. Information is taken from area law-enforcement logs.
