Rudy Guerrero

Rudy was born at Mather AFB and grew up in Roseville. He graduated from Roseville High School in 1972 and attended Sierra College and San Francisco State University. He enlisted in the US Coast Guard where he served as a hospital corpsman, specializing in emergency medicine, and attached to various units including the helicopter rescue until at USCG Air Rescue Station, San Francisco. He worked for the Social Security Administration from 1979 to 2004, most recently in Auburn as a disability specialist. He played the bass guitar in various bands, including Night Shift. He also enjoyed riding his Harley all over the western United States and Canada in his never-ending search for Bigfoot. Rudy is survived by his partner, Mary Kowalewski, his mother Delia Gray, his stepmother Lila Guerrero, siblings; Anna Guerrero (Rob Ohnmacht), David Guerrero, and Michael Gray, and his nephew Travis Guerrero-Fish. Rudy is predeceased by his father, A. Rudy Guerrero, his stepfather Roland Gray, and stepbrother Ron Maskovich. Services will be held at a later date.
