Auburn PD arrest report: Drunk and disorderly, DUIs and vandalism

June 6 Bronte Elizabeth Roman, 22, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level higher than the legal limit on the corner of Nevada Street and Enterprise Drive. June 5 Justin David Hahn, 38, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level higher than the legal limit at I-80 East and the Foresthill Road exit. June 4 Christopher Ruffin, 39, was arrested at 9:31 p.m. on suspicion of failing to register annually as a sex offender on McKenzie Court. Ida Gomez, 62, was arrested at 3:11 p.m. on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly on the 400 block of Grass Valley Highway. Nichole Danielle Thomas, 43, was arrested at 3:38 a.m. on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly and resisting arrest on Gold Street. Kevin Waymon Carle, 38, was arrested at 3:21 a.m. on suspicion of violating a felony parole and on an outstanding felony warrant on the 1600 block of Auburn Ravine Road. June 3 Mikerly Augustin Herold, 25, was arrested at 2:08 p.m. on suspicion of vandalism, trespassing and resisting arrest on the 100 block of Fulweiler Avenue. Sidney Oliver Locke, 25, was arrested at midnight on suspicion of vandalism, trespassing and resisting arrest on the 300 block of Nevada Street. May 31 Daniel Joseph Foster, 34, was arrested at midnight on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct, battery on a police officer and resisting arrest on the 300 block of Grass Valley Highway. May 28 Leland Douglas Addison, 21, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level higher than the legal limit on the corner of Auburn Folsom Road and Southridge Drive. Dylan Russell Foote, 36, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. on suspicion of being in possession of narcotic paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance on the 100 block of Oakwood Drive. May 26 Vincent Restivo, 44, was arrested at 9:28 a.m. on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly on the 500 block of Auburn Ravine Road.
