Roseville Police: One shot,manhunt underway for suspect

Units are currently searching for a shooting suspect in Roseville, near the Granite Bay area. Shortly after 3:20 p.m. Monday, Roseville Police officers responded to reports of a shooting heard in a shopping center on the 3900 block of Douglas Boulevard. Officers arrived on scene and confirmed one victim was shot with life-threatening injuries, according to police. According to Roseville Police, a sole suspect fled the scene in a vehicle and is currently outstanding, as of 4:50 p.m. Monday. He is described as a 50-year-old black adult, bald and wearing a black hoodie. A heavy police presence is reportedly in the area on the ground and in the air as authorities from multiple agencies search the area for a possible suspect. Authorities are asking the community to avoid the area and for anyone to contact Roseville Police or call 9-1-1 with information on this active incident.
