Michael Mendoza, 34, of San Francisco was arrested at 3:11 a.m. June 27 for possession of a controlled substance at Industrial Avenue/Twelve Bridges Drive. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Attempted vehicle theft was reported at 3:51 a.m. June 27 at Lincoln Boulevard/Highway 65. Reporting party said someone broke into vehicle and tried to hotwire, damaging vehicle. Stolen vehicle was reported at 10:36 a.m. June 27 at the 1600 block of 1st Street. The vehicle was recovered by Roseville Police Department. Harjeet Bala, 31, of Gilroy, and Morgan Shotwell, 35, of Applegate, were arrested at 11:22 a.m. June 27 at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Bala was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant out of Santa Clara County and Shotwell was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant out of Placer County. Both were released on signed promises to appear. William Carter, 42, of Woodland was arrested at 12:17 a.m. June 28 for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at the 30 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Charles Bell, 57, of Cameron Park was arrested at 7:13 a.m. June 28 for possession of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Joe Esparaza, 50, of Lincoln was arrested at 3:12 p.m. June 28 on an outstanding Placer County misdemeanor warrant at 1st Street/Ina Way. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Gregory Dye, 44, of Sacramento was arrested at 4:18 p.m. June 28 for disorderly conduct at Machado Park/Downing Circle. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Mathew Knowland, 34, of Lincoln was arrested at 10:23 p.m. June 28 on outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants at Industrial Avenue/Twelve Bridges Drive. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Robert Horn, 45, of West Sacramento was arrested at 2:44 a.m. June 29 for an outstanding Placer County felony warrant at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Tung Nguyen, 39, of Sacramento was arrested and released at 4:01 p.m. June 29 for an outstanding Placer County misdemeanor warrant at Athens Avenue/Industrial Avenue. Stolen vehicle, a company flatbed trailer from construction site, was reported at 7:38 p.m. June 29 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. Gabriel Bradford, 35, of North Highlands, and Natasha Wolfert, 34, of Auburn, were arrested at 10:37 p.m. June 29 at Highway 193/Oak Tree Lane. Bradford was arrested for misdemeanor warrants out of Eldorado and Placer counties, and Wolfert was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant out of Sacramento County. Both were released on signed promises to appear. Stolen vehicle from driveway was reported at 10:10 a.m. June 30 at the 1300 block of Landmark Circle. Aaron Lamun, 48, of Lincoln was arrested at 10:08 p.m. June 30 for two outstanding misdemeanor warrants out of Placer County at McBean Park's former skate park at 65 McBean Park Drive. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Albert Bonner, 27, of Sacramento, and Melany Rogers, 28, of Sacramento, were arrested at 1:17 a.m. July 1 at Bayberry Court/Southcreek Drive. Bonner was arrested for driving on a suspended license and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of Sonoma County. Rogers was arrested for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of Sacramento County. Both were released on signed promises to appear. Vandalism, after two females yelled at cashier and threw soda cans on store floor, was reported at 9:21 a.m. July 1 at the 90 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Petty theft was reported at 10:19 p.m. July 1 at the 900 block of East Avenue. Reporting party said known female was accused of stealing an EDD card. Khiry Montgomery, 30, of Lincoln was arrested at 3:09 a.m. July 2 and released for false registration tabs at the 30 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Elizabeth Shaw, 25, and a transient, and Mark Cox, 28, of Loomis, were arrested at 3:20 a.m. July 2 at D Street/2nd Street. Shaw was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and Cox was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were released on signed promises to appear. Grand theft of a vehicle's catalytic converter was reported at 9:24 a.m. July 2 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. Nick Young, 52, of Fair Oaks was arrested at 3:04 p.m. July 2 for possession of a billy club, a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia at Lincoln Boulevard/3rd Street. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Omar Fernandez, 32, of Sacramento was arrested at 9:15 p.m. July 2 for driving under the influence and driving without a license at Ferrari Ranch Road/Lincoln Boulevard. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Stolen vehicle, a moped, was reported at 10:13 a.m. July 3 at the 1600 block of 1st Street. Petty theft of prescription medication from a house was reported at 7:19 p.m. July 3 at the 1300 block of Canvasback Circle. Jessica Colbygoddard, 32, of Lincoln was arrested at 11:36 p.m. July 3 for being a convicted felon in possession of tear gas at E. 9th Street/Wilson Avenue.
