John Campbell 1/26/1936 - 3/21/2022

John B. Campbell passed away March 21, 2022. He had been ill for some time. He is survived by Rhonda, his loving wife of 66 years, two sons (Jack and Cory), one granddaughter (Johnna) and one great-granddaughter (Jaedyn). His oldest son (Jeffery) is deceased. John was born in Indianapolis. As a child his family moved to Southern California, where he lived most of his adult life. He was in the Air Force and his career was working with Aerospace programs. John was a pioneer in computer programming. The first computer was room size and almost a block long. He moved on to PCs, Apple and laptops, ever learning. He traveled the world using his skills. He loved reading, skiing, photography, art, and most of all his family. His favorite time was spending dinner with the family and then playing a hot game of dominoes. John was one of the founding members of the Lincoln Hills Photography Club and the leader for a photography SIG (Special Interest Group). He will be buried in Sacramento Valley National Cemetery for VA families. John will be missed by many.
