Those appearing in weekly crime reports have been arrested on suspicion of the crime indicated and presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Information is provided by the Folsom Police Department for publication as a community service and awareness. April 1 12:35 a.m.: Scott Street at Figueroa Street. Marisa Felices, 42, of Folsom was arrested during a traffic stop for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). She was booked at the Sacramento County Jail. 9:15 a.m.: 800 block of East Bidwell Street. Unknown suspect(s) stole $450 worth of tools from store. 11:00 p.m.: 900 block of Greenback Lane. Ruslan Tarlovschi, 27, of Rancho Cordova was arrested during a traffic stop for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). Tarlovschi was booked at the Sacramento County Jail. April 2 1:35 p.m.: 1000 block of Riley Street. Adam Brantley, 36, of Folsom was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. 4:25 p.m.: 7500 block of Folsom-Auburn Road. Sometime during the past two weeks, unknown suspect(s) broke into a storage unit and stole multiple tools and other items valued at more than $45,000. 6:50 p.m.: 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard. Two unknown suspects stole more than $1,000 worth of sunglasses from store. April 3 12:15 a.m.: Natoma Street and Whales Drive. Megan Lee, 20, of Folsom was arrested during a traffic stop for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). She was booked at the Sacramento County Jail. 1:40 a.m.: Folsom Boulevard at Bidwell Street. Jordan Colvin, 20, of Vacaville was arrested, following a traffic collision, for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and Hit and Run. Colvin was booked at the Sacramento County Jail. 11:10 p.m.: Wales Drive and Dean Way. Shane Cameron, 32, of Folsom was arrested, during a traffic stop, for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). Cameron was booked at the Sacramento County Jail. April 4 12:20 a.m.: 700 block of Sutter Street. Peter Johnson, 39, of Santa Maria was cited for public intoxication. 8:10 a.m.: 1100 block of Sibley Street. John Allen, 42, of Folsom was arrested for violation of parole, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Xanax without a prescription and petty theft. He was booked at the Sacramento County Jail. 11:35 p.m.: Main Avenue at Greenback Lane. Nicholas Strickland, 41, of Orangevale and Jennifer Bernard, 46, of Orangevale were contacted during a traffic stop. Strickland was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and driving on a suspended license. Strickland was booked at the Sacramento County Jail. Bernard was issued a citation for possession of methamphetamine, possession of Xanax without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. April 5 8:20 a.m.: 700 block of Orchard Street. Krista Skaggs, 43, of Folsom was issued a citation during a traffic stop for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 11:10 p.m: Broadstone Parkway at East Bidwell Street. Elijah Cooper, 25, of Sacramento was arrested during a traffic stop for attempting to elude a peace officer, possession of a vehicle taken without permission and outstanding warrants. Cooper was booked at the Sacramento County Jail. April 6 10:50 a.m.: 100 block of Iron Point Road. Colin Crossman, 54, of Folsom was cited during a traffic stop for outstanding warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia. 1:00 p.m.: 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard. Unknown suspect(s) stole catalytic converter from vehicle. 1:35 p.m. 1000 block of Riley Street. Danielle Daniel, 29, of Rancho Cordova was cited for possession of a controlled substance. 5:35 p.m.: 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard. Gary Foster, 37, of Sacramento was issued a citation for an outstanding warrant. April 7 8:55 a.m.: 500 block of East Bidwell Street. Unknown suspect(s) threw rocks through four windows. 6:00 p.m.: 200 block of Blue Ravine Road. Unknown suspect(s) fraudulently obtained credit cards and attempted to use them. April 8 2:45 p.m.: Alder Creek Parkway and Qual Meadow Way. Larry Thornton, 50 of Granite Bay, Steve Barnett, 47, of Orangevale, Jennifer Barnett, 47, of Orangevale, and Heather Taylor, 35, of Oregon were contacted during a traffic stop. Thorton was arrested for illegal possession of ammunition by a prohibited person and grand theft. S. Barnett was arrested for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, possession of a controlled substance while armed and illegal possession of a concealed firearm. Thorton and S. Barnett were booked at the Sacramento County Jail. J. Barnett was issued a citation for possession of methamphetamine. Taylor was issued a citation for possession of methamphetamine. 1:30: p.m.: 300 block of Riley Street. Unknown suspect(s) stole custom electric bike. 9:00 p.m. 5900 block of Main Avenue. Nickolas Cannon, 35, of Orangevale was cited during a traffic stop for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and driving with a suspended license. April 9 1:50 a.m.: Natoma Street at Stafford Street. Estevan Moreno, 24, of Folsom was arrested during a traffic stop for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). Moreno was booked at the Sacramento County Jail. 4;10 a.m.: McKiernan Drive at Wales Drive. John Brotnei, 30, of Elverta was arrested during a traffic stop for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). He was booked at the Sacramento County Jail. 6:30 p.m.: 2400 block of Iron Point Road. Justin Castleman, 38, of Folsom was arrested for contempt of court, identity theft and outstanding warrant. He was booked at the Sacramento County Jail. 11:00 p.m.: Riley Street at Scott Street. Larry Howard, 44, of Roseville was arrested during a traffic stop for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). He was booked at the Sacramento County Jail.
