Ben LeRoy Hauser

The Hauser family is sad to announce the passing of Ben L. Hauser on May 30, 2022 at the age of 89. Ben was born and raised in Auburn, California as was his mother and his grandmother. His great grandparents (Gardners) making their home in Auburn, CA in 1852. Ben was fourth generation of early Auburn pioneers. Ben served the military as a proud Navy veteran 1952-1956. He was a general contractor, avid SF Giants fan and an active member of the local casinos. Ben is survived by his wife, Denise Hauser of Auburn, son Timothy Hauser of Georgetown, daughters Diane Hauser and Donna Fox of Auburn, Tracy Hurst and husband Gerald of Greenwood, CA. Step-daughter, Tami Wise and husband Rick Wise of Christian Valley, and step-son, Jamie Nicholas of Reno, Nevada with 10 grand/step-children and 11 great grandchildren. A private memorial was held by family with his interment at The Auburn District Cemetery.
