Katelyn Renee Imsdahl

Katelyn Renee Imsdahl went home to our Father in Heaven on the wings of angels on May 23, 2022. She was 35 years old. Katie was devoted to her daughters, "The loves of her life". She was a loving mother who raised her girls, Jazlyn and Samantha, by herself. She worked tirelessly to provide for them, never complaining, always with a smile on her face, and prayers to God thanking Him for her angels. Katie's experiences in her life led her to be an advocate for missing and exploited children. Her other love for life was not allowing continued abuse of animals. She was passionate and made a difference. Katie always reached out to those in need. She took the elderly to Church, doctor appointments, grocery shopping and her heart was open to just listening. Her passion for animals led her to work at Petco in Grass Valley. She had an amazing gift for training dogs. Katie is survived by her mother Cathleen Vanderloo, her beautiful daughters Jazlyn and Samantha Imsdahl, sister Lindsey Nyholm, brothers Spencer and Weston, nephew Garrett Imsdahl and niece Paisley Nyholm. Her partner and love Danny Loy and best friends Patrick Birmingham and Brandee Dalmau were always there for her. There will be a Celebration of Life for Katie on Saturday June 11th at 11:00am, at St Teresa of Avila Church, 11600 Atwood Rd, Auburn, CA.
