Auburn incident report: Lewd and lascivious acts with a minor, underage DUI

Aug. 14 Johnathan Thomas Weathers, 20, was arrested at 3 a.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct on Andrews Street at Nevada Street. Michael Ray MacDonald, 20, was arrested at 2:54 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol limit above the legal limit, driving with a blood-alcohol limit above .5 percent while being 21 years or younger and driving with a blood-alcohol limit above .01 percent while on probation for a DUI on Andrews Street at Nevada Street. Aug. 13 Kyle Andrew Goldsberry, 32, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 300 block of Grass Valley Highway. Aug. 8 Richard Allen Bretz, 74, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on suspicion of domestic abuse on the 100 block of Agard St. Aug. 6 Dylan Edward Albert, 29, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on suspicion of oral copulation with a person under 18, lewd or lascivious actions with a child under 14, contacting a minor with the intent for sex and arranging a meeting with a minor on the 300 block of Elm Avenue. Robert Alexander Miller, 48, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Elm Avenue at High Street. Anthony Rey Guerra, 45, was arrested at 6:01 a.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct on the 100 block of Sacramento Street. Justin Martin Swindler, 22, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit at the westbound I-80 ramp at Nevada Street. Aug. 5 Chantelle Lisette Gardner, 32, was arrested at 10:39 a.m. for an outstanding felony warrant on the 300 block of Auburn Ravine Road. Curtis Gerald Cochran, 38, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 13000 block of Lincoln Way. Aug. 3 Kevin Coats, 57, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 400 block of Grass Valley Highway. In addition to the above arrests, the Auburn Police Department posted a summary of incidents from Aug. 1-14, including: ·&emsp;449 calls initiated by officers, either by dispatch or while working. ·&emsp;3 traffic collisions. ·&emsp;59 crime reports (generated by officers and staff documenting a crime, missing persons or other significant events). ·&emsp;307 calls for service, 911 line and non-emergency line.
