Fraud was reported at 4:35 p.m. Aug. 21 at the 200 block of Marigold Lane. Reporting party said a residence computer was hacked by scammer and there was no financial loss. Fernando M Carranza-Serrano, 31 of Sacramento was arrested at 9 a.m. Aug. 22 for warrants at the 70 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was cited and released on scene. Petty theft of breakers from job site was reported at 9:20 a.m. Aug. 22 at 1400 Red Lake Way. Fraud was reported at 1:42 p.m. Aug. 22 at the 1400 block of Sweet Juliet Lane. Reporting party said scammer claiming to be FBI said to go to bank and withdraw money. Petty theft of an orange Mongoose and a gray Razor was reported at 1:57 p.m. Aug. 22 at a residence's front yard at the 300 block of Ferrari Way. Petty theft of two small glass bongs and a torch by a male was reported at 7:04 p.m. Aug. 22 at the 600 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Paula Leeann Graves, 59 of Lincoln was arrested at 10:25 p.m. Aug. 22 for possession of unlawful paraphernalia at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. She was cited and released on scene. Samuel Fredrick Bertera, 28 of Oroville was arrested at 11:48 p.m. Aug. 22 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia at 5th Street/M Street. He was cited and released on scene. Randy Lee Lawrence Jr., 35 of Sacramento was arrested at 2:20 a.m. Aug. 23 for warrants and possession of burglary tools at 1st Street/I Street. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. James Lee Perkins, 41 of Sacramento was arrested at 2:36 a.m. Aug. 23 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia at 1st Street/I Street. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Jeffery Scott Guinn Jr., 37 of Corning was arrested at 8:37 a.m. Aug. 23 for warrants at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Petty theft of a vehicle rear plate was reported at 11:07 a.m. Aug. 23 at the 1200 block of Tavistock Lane. Fraud was reported at 1:18 p.m. Aug. 23 at the 800 block of Tartan Court. Reporting party said resident lost $2,000 in phone scam. Ibohim Math, 49 of Sacramento was arrested at 1:53 p.m. Aug. 23 on warrants at Sterling Parkway/Lincoln Boulevard and booked into the South Placer Jail. Fraud on a bank account of $250 was reported at 2:18 p.m. Aug. 23 at the 2500 block of Fountain Hill Loop. Drunk driver was reported at 2:39 p.m. Aug. 23 at the 2300 block of Joiner Parkway. Stolen vehicle, a motorcycle, was reported at 3:29 p.m. Aug. 23 at the 600 block of 6th Street Grand theft of HVAC parts and line set from new construction area was reported at 4:38 p.m. Aug. 23 at the 1400 block of Alora Lane. Jason Richard Marco, 49 of Lincoln was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Aug. 23 at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was booked into the South Placer Jail on warrants. Charles Sterling White, 18 of Loomis was arrested at 2 a.m. Aug. 24 for narcotic charges and driving with a suspended license at 2nd Street/L Street. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Fernando Raphael Cardona Jr., 24 of Lincoln was arrested at 2 a.m. Aug. 24 for possession of narcotics and possession of unlawful paraphernalia at 2nd Street/L Street. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Justin Gilbert Frank, 26 of Lincoln was arrested at 7:18 a.m. Aug. 24 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia at the 700 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. He was cited and released on scene. Recovered stolen vehicle was reported at 10:23 a.m. Aug. 24 at the parking lot at 500 block of D Street. Stolen vehicle, a vehicle and trailer, was reported at 11:47 a.m. Aug. 24 at the 150 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Assault/battery was reported at 12:39 p.m. Aug. 24 at the 600 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Reporting party said there was an altercation between two individuals. Fraud, a large withdrawal taken from resident's account, was reported at 2:08 p.m. Aug. 24 at the 1100 block of Sun Valley Loop. Assault/battery by two males in an altercation was reported at 4:46 p.m. Aug. 24 at the 60 block of McBean Park Drive. Drunk driver was reported at 5:16 p.m. Aug. 24 at J Street/6th Street. Reporting party said vehicle was unable to maintain lanes or speed. Luke Hulsmann, 23 of Rocklin was arrested at 9:29 p.m. Aug. 24 at the scene of an accident for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) at 1st Street/Lincoln Boulevard. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Davis Brian Chaussee, 40 of Citrus Heights was arrested at 6:55 a.m. Aug. 25 at the 30 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was cited and released on scene. Burglary was reported at 8:36 a.m. Aug. 25 at the 100 block of Whitehall Lane. Reporting party said window screen was cut, property was found outside of house and no property was missing or taken. Stolen license plate of a vehicle was reported at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 25 at the 2000 block of Boyden Drive. Petty theft was reported at 12:50 p.m. Aug. 25 at the 2000 block of Culpepper Lane. Reporting party said female was seen getting into a vehicle after reporting party's car battery and other vehicle items were taken. Assault/battery was reported at 3:10 p.m. Aug. 25 at the 900 block of Dogwood Loop. Reporting party said male threw water bottle at female and left. Kyle Edward Williams, 44 of Carmichael was arrested at 4:36 p.m. Aug. 25 for warrants and resisting arrest at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Grand theft of a vehicle catalytic converter was reported at 6:41 a.m. Aug. 26 at the 2700 block of Nicolaus Road. Reporting party said fence was cut to enter location. James Thomas Kenneth Cantrell, 26 of Olivehurst was arrested at 10:02 p.m. Aug. 26 for warrants at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. He was cited and released on scene. Drunk driver was reported at 10:27 p.m. Aug. 26 at Nicolaus Road/Nelson Lane. Antoinette C. Bennett, 53 of Wheatland was arrested at 12:10 a.m. Aug. 27 for warrants at Twelve Bridges Drive/Highway 65. She was cited and released on scene. Vandalism, a rock thrown in a window, was reported at 7:58 a.m. Aug. 28 at the 10 block of McBean Park Drive. Vandalism, trying to pull window screen off window, was reported at 7:33 p.m. Aug. 28 at the 700 block of Caber Drive. Stolen license plate from boat trailer was reported at 10:50 a.m. Aug. 28 at the 1000 block of Silverton Circle. Lindie Kraushar, 51 of Roseville was arrested at 11:04 a.m. Aug. 28 for warrants at the 800 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Kraushar was booked into the South Placer Jail. Stolen vehicle plate was reported at 2:23 p.m. Aug. 28 at the 1900 block of Hartsfield Way Drunk in public was reported at 7:01 p.m. Aug. 28 at the 1400 block of 1st Street. Reporting party said several individuals had a cooler on the outside of a vehicle. Subjects were contacted, no open containers were seen and they left the area. Petty theft of $500 worth in power tools by two unknown subjects was reported at 7:26 p.m. Aug. 28 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. Johnny Theodore Hinkle, 62 of Lincoln was arrested at 7:54 a.m. Aug. 29 for warrants at the 400 block of A Street and booked into the South Placer Jail. Petty theft of miscellaneous items by two suspects was reported at 8:37 a.m. Aug. 29 at the 60 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Vandalism by someone pouring molasses all over books was reported at 9:17 a.m. Aug. 29 at Woodacre Lane/Crescent Lane. Burglary was reported at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 29 at the 800 block of Marina Grande Way. Reporting party said someone broke into vehicle and took Ray Ban sunglasses, work badge and iPhone. Jose Bernardo II Perez, 39 of Lincoln was arrested at 3:53 p.m. Aug. 29 for warrants at the 100 block of Gateway Drive. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Vandalism, puncturing all four vehicle tires, was reported at 3:54 p.m. Aug. 29 at the 1900 block of Finney Way. Ryan Ethan Palmas, 34 of Yuba City was arrested at 8:48 p.m. Aug. 29 for warrants at the 1500 block of 3rd Street. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Nicholas Mark Wangenheim, 71 of Lincoln was arrested at 9:35 p.m. Aug. 29 for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and hit and run with property damage at 5th Street/H Street. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Drunk driver was reported at 2:48 a.m. Aug. 30 at Sierra College Boulevard/Highway 193. Reporting party said vehicle was swerving. Driver was contacted and it was determined that driver was tired and vehicle had a flat tire. Vehicle was parked on side of road for tow company to take. Stolen vehicle was reported at 9:52 a.m. Aug. 30 at the 40 block of Crystalwood Circle. Reporting party said white Mazda sedan last seen night before, keys were accounted for and no one had permission to take the vehicle. Shamari Ashlei Henson, 34 of Sacramento was arrested at 2:59 p.m. Aug. 30 for warrants at the 100 block of Newbridge Court. Henson was booked into the South Placer Jail. Fraud was reported at 4:07 p.m. Aug. 30 at the 2000 block of Stonecrest Lane. When a collection agency said $921 was owed, reporting party said a fraud report was requested since there wasn't an account opened. Recovered vehicle was reported at 10:05 a.m. Aug. 31 at Ina Way/Ferrari Way. A records check indicated vehicle was reported stolen. Vehicle was recovered and towed. Fraud, identity theft, was reported at 7:50 p.m. Aug. 31 at the 1400 block of Alberton Circle. Burglary was reported at 10:03 p.m. Aug. 31 at the 1600 block of 1st Street. Reporting party said unknown suspect broke into residence and stole a social security card and ID. Corey Dean Dykstra, 44 of Colfax was arrested at 2:38 a.m. Sept. 1 for warrants at Lincoln Boulevard/Sterling Parkway. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Burglary was reported at 4:05 a.m. Sept. 1 at the 200 block of Bellingham Court. Reporting party said they heard front door open and back door close. Location checked and no suspects were seen in home or area. No items taken or property missing. Yvonne Meredith Rose Cornog, 42 of Lincoln was arrested at 10:17 a.m. Sept. 1 for warrants at Joiner Parkway/Finney Way. She was booked into the South Placer Jail. Valerie Gonzalez, 19 of Rocklin was arrested at 9:49 p.m. Sept. 1 for driving while license suspended for DUI (Driving Under the Influence) at Joiner Parkway/1st Street. She was cited and released. Fraud was reported at 9:36 a.m. Sept. 2 at the 900 block of Gold Nugget Circle. Drunk driver was reported at 4:49 p.m. Sept. 2 at the 700 block of Sterling Parkway. Reporting party said driver was swerving, almost hit parked vehicles and could not walk getting out of vehicle. A field sobriety test was done and it was determined driver was not under the influence of any substance but had poor balance and lack of coordination. A DMV re-exam was issued. Thuy Linda Meyers, 53 of Olivehurst was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Sept. 3 for warrants and possession of a controlled substance at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Meyers was booked into the South Placer Jail. Earlean Gordon, 51 of Sacramento was arrested at 9:19 a.m. Sept. 3 at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Gordon was arrested for warrants, possession of controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. Gordon was cited and released. Vandalism was reported at 4:57 p.m. Sept. 3 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Reporting party said vehicle's passenger side window was broken into and it was unknown whether anything was taken. Drunk in public was reported at 7:10 p.m. Sept. 3 at Ainsworth Lane/Caledon Circle. Contact was made with subject, who reportedly was yelling at passing vehicles, and it was determined the subject was not under the influence of any substance. No arrest was made.
