Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Failure to provide DNA, identity theft, check fraud

Sept. 13 Luana Jean Ybarra, 48, was arrested at 12:16 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Sept. 19 Stephen Sanchez, 31, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 500 block of N Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City. Peter Edward Barker, 53, was arrested at 12:12 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the N Main Street and Depot Street area of Colfax. Aidan Joseph Braunstein, 32, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle in the 400 block of Canyon Way in Colfax. Terisa Shawn McConnell, 52, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession in the Highway 65 and Galleria Boulevard area of Roseville. Sept. 20 Joshua Davis Magnussen, 41, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. on suspicion of failing to give DNA or fingerprints in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Timothy Edward Cherry, 53, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on suspicion of sexual battery in the 1900 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Garrett Dixon Godfrey, 36, was arrested at 6:11 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 32600 block of Park Avenue in Dutch Flat. Robert Christopher Madrigal-Mays, 45, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on suspicion of burglary, conspiracy and a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 11700 block of Willow Creek Drive in Auburn. Deseree Nicole Tougas, 32, was arrested at 7:46 p.m. on suspicion of attempted burglary, conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance in the 11700 block of Willow Creek Drive in Auburn. John Jay Simpson, 52, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant and a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 3100 block of Industrial Avenue in Rocklin. Kathryn Gail Kreeger, 44, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant in the 21900 block of Oak Ranch Road in Colfax. Curtis Justin Eeds, 32, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 5700 block of 10th Street in Sheridan. Sept. 21 Christopher Quenten Reed, 58, was arrested at 12:52 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 800 block of S Auburn Street in Colfax. Cody Taylor Vartanian, 24, was arrested at 9:29 a.m. on suspicion of parole violation, providing false identification to an officer, possession of a narcotic substance, paraphernalia possession, an outside felony warrant and an outside misdemeanor warrant. The arrest took place in the Industrial Avenue and Placer Corporate Drive area of Rocklin. David Cory John Pena, 27, was arrested at 8:46 p.m. on suspicion of possession of identifying information of 10 or more persons, false impersonation, paraphernalia possession and driving with a license suspended for DUI. The arrest took place in the Athens Avenue and Thunder Valley Court area of Lincoln. Dustin Earl Hamman, 41, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on suspicion of receiving known stolen property, grand theft and conspiracy in the 11700 block of Willow Creek Drive in Auburn. Jared James Plunkett Madison, 39, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on suspicion of grand theft, receiving known stolen property, paraphernalia possession, driving without a license and conspiracy. The arrest took place in the 11700 block of Willow Creek Drive in Auburn. Tony Devon Nelson, 52, was arrested at 10 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Ramon Lopez Rodriguez, 36, was arrested at 11:03 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the Highway 65 and Pleasant Grove Boulevard area of Roseville. Robert Joseph Wells, 43, was arrested at 8 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Sept. 22 Matthew Nunley, 27, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 500 block of Vandenberg Circle in Roseville. Billy David Fox, 48, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2100 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Eli Herrera, 37, was arrested at 4:40 a.m. on suspicion of check fraud, being a felon in possession of a stun gun and possession of burglary tools in the 1300 block of Athens Avenue in Lincoln. Artur Hovhannisyan, 30, was arrested at 9:07 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication at Thunder Valley Casino.
