Charlotte Loella Clifford, 47 of Penryn was arrested at 11:39 a.m. Sept. 25 for warrants at Twelve Bridges Drive/Camino Verdera. Clifford was cited and released on scene. Assault/battery was reported at 1:38 p.m. Sept. 25 at the 1600 block of 3rd Street. Reporting party said known subject struck individual, who was transported to Sutter Roseville Medical Center. Fraud was reported at 10:53 p.m. Sept. 25 at the 300 block of N Street. Reporting party said known person is using name to open accounts without permission. Charles Frank Schweitzer, 32 of Orangevale was arrested at 1:29 a.m. Sept. 26 for warrants at Ferrari Ranch Road/McBean Park Drive. Schweitzer was cited and released on scene. Ricky Leo Davis, 57 of Placerville was arrested at 3:10 a.m. Sept. 26 for warrants and possession of unlawful paraphernalia at the 60 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Davis was cited for warrants and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. Fernando M Carranza Serrano, 31 of Sacramento was arrested at 8:43 a.m. Sept. 26 for warrants, obtaining a credit card under another's name, possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and possession of a narcotic controlled substance at the 30 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Carranza Serrano was booked into the Placer County Jail. Rebekah Marie Romero, 31 of Citrus Heights was arrested at 8:43 a.m. Sept. 26 at the 30 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Romero was cited for obtaining a credit card under another's name and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. Drunk driver was reported at 3:50 p.m. Sept. 26 at East Avenue/5th Street. Reporting party said driver was falling asleep behind the wheel. Driver was contacted at location and no alcohol or drugs were involved. Burglary was reported at 6:46 p.m. Sept. 26 at the 400 block of East Avenue. Reporting party said someone broke into storage unit and took a solid copper statue. Stolen vehicle was reported at 7:31 p.m. Sept. 26 at R Street/1st Street. Reporting party said two unknown suspects stole Kawasaki motorcycle. Petty theft of Ryobi and Dewalt tools was reported at 7:34 p.m. Sept. 26 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. Petty theft was reported at 2:49 p.m. Sept. 27 at the 300 block of N Street. Reporting party said someone broke into vehicle and took suitcase and possibly papers. Drunk driver was reported at 7:38 p.m. Sept. 27 at 3rd Street/Joiner Parkway. Reporting party said that driver could barely stand and left in a vehicle. Grand theft of about $1,353 of merchandise was reported at 3:41 p.m. Oct. 4 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Drunk driver was reported at 2:12 p.m. Oct. 5 at the 90 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Reporting party said driver dumped alcohol into a tumbler and then drove vehicle. Grand theft in merchandise worth about $1,450 was reported at 3:38 p.m. Oct. 5 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Fraud, using social security number to open multiple accounts, was reported at 6:04 p.m. Oct. 5 at the 1600 block of 1st Street. David Phillip Hall, 29 of Newcastle was arrested at 8:18 p.m. Oct. 8 for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol while being on probation for DUI at the 700 block of E.
