Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: False report of fire, weapon possession in jail, warrants

Jan. 23 Joshua Shane Allende, 20, was arrested at 5:28 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance in the 5700 block of Webb Street in Loomis. Jan. 25 Angel Jael Perez, 25, was arrested at 11:41 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the Industrial Avenue and Veterans Drive area of Roseville. Federico Isais Perez Ruiz, 37, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Jan. 26 Jason Allen Toy, 39, was arrested at 10:51 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the area of Foresthill and Drivers Flat roads in Foresthill. Mark Allen Dunn, 37, was arrested at 3:26 a.m. on suspicion of five outside misdemeanor warrants and a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Jan. 27 Thomas Alan Arthur, 38, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery and child endangerment in the 6100 block of Walters Way in Foresthill. Christopher James Stagg, 29, was arrested at 5:45 a.m. on suspicion of battery on a custodial officer and vandalism in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Michael Roberts McCartney, 39, was arrested at 3:19 p.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Heather Jeanette Farren, 49, was arrested at 6:38 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 2500 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Jan. 28 Jacob Michael Bosley, 42, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. on suspicion of trespassing and obstructing an officer in the 900 block of N Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City. Mallori Renee Rouse, 39, was arrested at 8:52 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 7400 block of N Lake Boulevard in Tahoe Vista. Marco Antonio Manzano, 47, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery and public intoxication in the 1900 block of Squaw Valley Road in Olympic Valley. Jonathan Noel Maurer, 46, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. on suspicion of battery on a police officer and making a false report of a fire alarm in the 11800 block of Education Street in Auburn. Zyan Michael Burton, 20, was arrested at 4:09 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 3600 block of Galena Drive in Auburn. Jan. 29 Jose Juan Guzman-Marin, 32, was charged at 3:50 p.m. on suspicion of possession of drugs in prison in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Daniel Ramirez, 28, was charged at 3:50 p.m. on suspicion of possession of drugs in prison in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Blake Douglas Cline, 32, was arrested at 3:58 p.m. on suspicion of obstructing an officer, felony reckless evading, receiving a stolen vehicle and committing a felony while on bail in the area of Norton Grade and Rollins Lake roads in Colfax. Kaleb Wayne Mulford, 27, was charged at 12:27 a.m. on suspicion of possession or manufacture of a weapon in a penal institution in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Ian Lee Provancha, 34, was arrested at 11:48 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 13000 block of Ritz Carlton Highlands Court in Truckee. Roland Joseph Pires, 64, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. on suspicion of resisting an officer, obstructing an officer and probation violation in the 9800 block of Los Lagos Circle N in Granite Bay. Francisco Javier Ponce, 32, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm and inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant in the 8200 block of N Lake Boulevard in Kings Beach.
