Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Discharged BB device, battery by gassing, assault

Feb. 15 Eric Scott Ward, 28, was arrested at 10:27 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Steven Emmitt Bitetti, 39, was arrested at 10:17 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant and two outside misdemeanor warrants in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Feb. 16 Jordan Wayne Kennedy, 31, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 2500 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Darius Rashard Huerta, 35, was arrested at 2:08 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Feb. 17 Michael Warren Daniels, 52, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and paraphernalia possession in the Fiddyment Road and Settlers Ridge Way area of Roseville. Christine Haralampieva, 30, was arrested at 10:54 a.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Andrew McCall Mineer, 18, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on suspicion of discharge of a BB device in a negligent manner and conspiracy in the 1st Street and F Avenue area of Auburn. Landen Michael Hethcock, 19, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on suspicion of discharge of a BB device in a negligent manner and conspiracy in the 1st Street and F Avenue area of Auburn. Feb. 18 Stephanie Michelle Bloodworth, 51, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant and a fugitive from justice warrant in the Foresthill Road and Madrone Drive area of Foresthill. Kevin Michael Fisk, 56, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm, being a felon in possession of ammunition and paraphernalia possession in the Foresthill Road and Madrone Drive area of Foresthill. Daniel Leroy Nielson Paul, 22, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. on suspicion of battery by gassing and obstructing an officer in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Kerry Martin Poche, 34, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on suspicion of obstructing an officer in the 5100 block of N Lake Boulevard in Carnelian Bay. Terry Jay Zimmerman, 64, was arrested at 11:08 a.m. on suspicion of false imprisonment and domestic battery in the 8800 block of Quartzite Circle in Granite Bay. Feb. 19 Christopher Arnold, 57, was arrested at 9:46 a.m. on suspicion of contacting a minor for sexual purposes, arranging a meeting with a minor for lewd purpose and attempted lewd acts upon a child in the area of Grove and Tahoe streets in Tahoe City. Samuel Joseph Hodge, 33, was arrested at 2:47 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant and two misdemeanor warrants in the 2800 block of Swetzer Road in Loomis. Edward Ray Ruiz, 63, was arrested at 10:16 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication at Thunder Valley Casino. Deborah Lynn Mack, 69, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant and three outside misdemeanor warrants in the 11600 block of Education Street in Auburn. Ashley Marie Weed was arrested at 11:12 a.m. on suspicion of battery on a police officer and resisting an officer in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Christopher Paul Fordposehn, 36, was arrested at 5:47 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant, possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession, possession of brass knuckles and a misdemeanor bench warrant. The arrest took place in the Athens Avenue and Fiddyment Road area of Lincoln. Feb. 20 Christine Alice Butuza, 34, was arrested at 9 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant, an outside felony warrant and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. David Cole Norris, 35, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, battery and parole violation in the 3000 block of Iowa Hill Road in Colfax. John Michael Cullen, 57, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of burglary tools and possession of meth for sale in the area of the Foresthill Bridge in Auburn.
