Auburn incident report: 9 DUIs, firearm possession and public intoxication arrests

March 19 Tyler Laurance Shipley, 29, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. on suspicion of being a public nuisance on the 600 block of Lincoln Way. Cedric Lee King Jr., 29, was arrested at 8:13 p.m. on an outstanding warrant on the 600 block of Auburn Folsom Road. Nathan David Rehberg, 24, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and driving with a suspended license for previous DUI on the 200 block of High Street. Garrett Michael Spitzer, 26, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and for violating parole for a felony on Grass Valley Highway at Lincoln Way. March 18 Thomas Floyd Johnson, 38, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. on suspicion of evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety, hit and run with property damage, vandalism resulting in property damage, resisting a peace officer, driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit on Hidden Glen Drive. March 17 Buck Cain, 26, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and for being an unlicensed driver on the 200 block of Sacramento Street. March 15 Douglas Todd Zimmerman, 52, was arrested at 6:42 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit on Sutter Street at Carson Avenue. March 14 Lori Marie Andresen, 60, was arrested at 10:09 a.m. on suspicion of public drug and alcohol intoxication, probation violation, vandalism and for two misdemeanor bench warrants on the 300 block of Elm Avenue. Valerie Ann Brook, 59, was arrested at 2:47 a.m. on suspicion of using 911 for something other than an emergency and for an outstanding warrant on the 500 block of High Street. March 12 Noah Franklin Leiter, 55, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and for four outstanding misdemeanor warrants. March 11 Kristen Marie Vickers, 22, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit on Grass Valley Highway at Dry Creek Road. Kyle David Morton, 36, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit on Grass Valley Highway and Persimmon Terrace. March 10 Cindy Marie Bates, 57, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct and battery on a person on the 100 block of Foresthill Avenue. Richard Anthony Lenning, 43, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. on suspicion of breaking and entering and grand theft of money, labor or property on the 1200 block of Lincoln Way. March 7 Joel Martin Pisarek, 66, was arrested at 7 p.m. on suspicion of violating a domestic violence court order on the 200 block of Brook Road. March 4 Stephen Tyler Duke, 42, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit on Lincoln Way at Electric Street. March 3 Jacob Corvello, 32, was arrested at 9:26 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm and possession of a narcotic controlled substance on the I-80 Elm Avenue on-ramp. March 2 Jaymilynn Marie Drew, 37, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant at Auburn Town Center. March 2 Kelcie Anne Rainelee, 20, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on suspicion of being under the use of a controlled substance and probation violation on High Street at Agard Street. Feb. 25 Warren Briggs, 28, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit on Center Street at Tuttle Street. In addition to the above arrests, the Auburn Police Department posted a summary of incidents from Feb. 27-March 19, including: ·&emsp;981 calls initiated by officers, either by dispatch or while working. ·&emsp;3 traffic collisions. ·&emsp;78 crime reports (generated by officers and staff documenting a crime, missing persons or other significant events). ·&emsp;470 calls for service (911 line and non-emergency line).
