Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Conspiracy, trespassing, warrants

April 18 Phillip Jose Gomez, 35, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, transporting a controlled substance for sale and conspiracy in the area of Old County and Summit roads in Carnelian Bay. April 19 David Patrick Long, 38, was arrested at 2:52 p.m. on suspicion of violating a court order in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. David Schmall, 28, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent and receiving a stolen vehicle in the 500 block of S Auburn Street in Colfax. Nicole Renee Rich, 39, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence in the 10500 block of Ophir Road in Auburn. James Austin Merts, 34, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on suspicion of violating a court order in the area of W Sunset Boulevard and Cincinnati Avenue in Rocklin. David Louis Fulton, 54, was arrested at 9:26 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant and paraphernalia possession in the 400 block of S Auburn Street in Colfax. Benjamin Nicholas Wright, 34, was arrested at 12:19 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Samuel Enderwick Hartbower, 29, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 200 block of Fifth Street in Roseville. Christopher Shawn Hood, 49, was arrested at 11:06 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Justena Danielle Sexton, 22, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 3600 block of Snowcap View Circle in Auburn. Monica Danielle Milnes, 40, was arrested at 1:02 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 21000 block of Canyon Way in Weimar. Veronika V. Ryzhova, 40, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants, an outside felony warrant and an outside misdemeanor warrant at Thunder Valley Casino. Jessica Lyn Downes, 41, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm and domestic violence in the 12100 block of Dry Creek Road in Auburn. April 20 David Cole Norris, 35, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and parole violation in the area of Central Street in Colfax. Mark Lewis Bray, 43, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. on suspicion of trespassing and five misdemeanor bench warrants in the area of Kemper and Bean roads in Auburn. Marcus Anderson, 24, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. April 21 Christine Marie Collins, 34, was arrested at 5:29 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Mark Adam Price, 21, was arrested at 12:46 p.m. on suspicion of violating a court order in the 2900 block of 1st Street in Auburn. Daniel Higareda Giddings, 35, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol in the area of King and Bankhead roads in Loomis. Kenneth Raymond Sisney, 64, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication at Thunder Valley Casino. Jarrett Lamonte Wilson, 33, was arrested at 9:34 a.m. on suspicion of parole violation in the 5100 block of Commons Drive in Rocklin.
