Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Armed criminal action, identity theft, elder abuse

April 19 Russell Chadwick Servideo, 41, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 12200 block of Shale Ridge Lane in Auburn. April 21 Tajanee Shawntay Salinas-Washington, 22, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. April 26 Chance Anthony Rubenaker, 34, was arrested at 3:21 p.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 8700 block of Antelope North Road in Roseville. April 27 Steven Emmitt Bitetti, 39, was arrested at 6:12 p.m. on suspicion of two outside misdemeanor warrants and an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. April 28 Ajay Alake Eric Best, 21, was arrested at 12:23 p.m. on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, carrying a loaded firearm and not being the registered owner, transportation of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance while armed and armed criminal action. The arrest took place in the 100 block of W Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City. Lige Adam Shinabargar, 48, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 9800 block of Meadow View Place in Truckee. Sonam Jeet Tamang, 49, was arrested at 12:09 p.m. on suspicion of resisting an officer and felony vandalism in the 200 block of Hannah Lane in Colfax. April 29 John Bruce Breschi, 60, was arrested at 8:39 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Jessica Silva, 42, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence in the 400 block of N Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City. Garrett Brandall Alfred Stevenson, 39, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication at Thunder Valley Casino. Thomas Edgar Jackson, 48, was arrested at 11:27 a.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 2900 block of 1st Street in Auburn. Cindy Brilla, 49, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication at Thunder Valley Casino. Jessica Marie Kinslow, 40, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 13400 block of Bowman Road in Auburn. April 30 Michael James Vinson, 40, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. on suspicion of bringing a controlled substance into a jail facility, being a felon in possession of ammunition, check fraud, identity theft, possession of personal identifying information of 10 or more persons with the intent to defraud, paraphernalia possession, shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession. The arrest took place in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Michelle Marie Coutobourget, 48, was arrested at 7:34 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence and paraphernalia possession in the Highway 174 and Sunrise Avenue area of Colfax. Blake Richard Sample, 35, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on suspicion of identity theft in the 600 block of Haines Road in Auburn. Allissa Marie Felix, 32, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on suspicion of identity theft, paraphernalia possession, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic substance, driving without a license and expired vehicle registration in the 600 block of Haines Road in Auburn. Travis Michael Hernandez, 39, was arrested at 8 a.m. on suspicion of elder abuse and battery causing serious bodily injury in the 6100 block of Nob Hill Drive in Newcastle. Anthony Michael Schiell, 29, was arrested at 4:02 p.m. on suspicion of providing false identification to an officer and an outside felony warrant in the 5700 block of Cold Springs Drive in Foresthill. Chantel Alyse Acosta, 34, was arrested at 7:44 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 5900 block of Camp Far West Road in Sheridan. Efren Guzman, 45, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Caleb Mekehl Honer, 25, was arrested at 11:18 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 500 block of S Auburn Street in Colfax. Anika Lindora Hyson, 31, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the Fiddyment Road and Sunset Boulevard W area of Roseville.
