June 23 Gregory Wayne Kennedy, 39, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 1800 block of Auburn Ravine Road in Auburn. Jason Matthew Ashley, 50, was arrested at 8:31 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle in the 3100 block of Boyington Road in Penryn. Essence Cottonharris, 36, was arrested at 11:31 p.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Richard Wayne Bearden II, 34, was arrested at 10:02 a.m. on suspicion of parole violation in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. June 24 Julian Andrew Huelsenkamp, 28, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the Highway 49 and Bell Road area of Auburn. Orien Brody Kuecker, 18, was arrested at 9:59 a.m. on suspicion of probation violation and resisting arrest in the area of Estates Drive in Tahoe Vista. Kristopher Michael Nelson, 36, was arrested at 5:11 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication and a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 200 block of N Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City. Holly Elizabeth Blomquist, 48, was arrested at 12:57 p.m. on suspicion of trespassing in the 3900 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. June 25 Alana Monet Goddard, 29, was arrested at 3:49 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the area of Edgewood Road and Highway 49 in Auburn. Melissa Susan Bihari, 44, was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant, paraphernalia possession and possession of a controlled substance in the 3300 block of Twin Lakes Drive in Loomis. June 26 Isaac Warren Lauer, 44, was arrested at 8:20 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the area of Interstate 80 in Applegate. Rafael Fernandezpadillia, 31, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on suspicion of unlawful possession of tear gas, an outside felony warrant and a misdemeanor bench warrant in the Lincoln Boulevard area of Lincoln. Brandon Michael Staab, 31, was arrested at 7 a.m. on suspicion of battery on a custodial officer in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Christopher McClellan-Signor, 29, was arrested at 3:14 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession, possession of a narcotic substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance in the 15300 block of Neils Road in Auburn. Logan Samuel Peabody, 26, was arrested at 3:14 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic substance, paraphernalia possession and being under the influence of a controlled substance in the 15300 block of Neils Road in Auburn. Julia Faith Romero, 22, was arrested at 3:14 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a narcotic substance, possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession in the 15300 block of Neils Road in Auburn. Ryan Lee Warlick, 24, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. on suspicion of child endangerment in the 22200 block of Foresthill Road in Foresthill. David Andrew Wright, 44, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the area of S Auburn and Central streets in Colfax. Matthew Ryan Netto, 43, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 2700 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Holly Elizabeth Blomquist, 48, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant and trespassing in the 11800 block of Gor For Broke Road in Roseville.
