Folsom incident report: Destroyed surveillance cameras, stolen doors, stolen salon services

Those appearing in the following crime report have been arrested on suspicion of the crime indicated and presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. June 1 Isabelle Koehn, 25, of El Dorado was cited at 10:50 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit following a traffic stop in the area of Riley and Figueroa streets. Vandalism was reported at 7 p.m. in the 2700 block of E Bidwell Street after a vehicle windshield was smashed and tires were damaged. Fraud was reported at 5:45 p.m. in the 1000 block of E Bidwell Street after $1,000 worth of purchases was fraudulently charged. A robbery was reported at 2:40 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after an individual reportedly stole jewelry from a store and fought with employees. Vandalism was reported at 2:15 p.m. in the 100 block of Dean Way after three surveillance cameras were destroyed on May 28. Joseph McGuire, 25, of Placerville was cited at 9:20 a.m. on suspicion of shoplifting. Joshua Vasquez, 27, of Sacramento was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting and unlawful use of tear gas. The citation and arrest took place in the 1000 block of E Bidwell Street. Beta Tuiqilai, 30, of Roseville was cited at 2:05 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit following a traffic stop in the area of Folsom Boulevard and Iron Point Road. Randa Martin, 37, of Sacramento was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 9800 block of Greenback Lane. June 2 Shoplifting was reported at 8:15 p.m. in the 2300 block of Iron Point Road after six individuals reportedly stole 24 pairs of shoes from a store. Alexander Keller, 32, of Sacramento was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 1000 block of Riley Street. A Kawasaki motorcycle was reported stolen sometime between April 15 and June 2 from a storage unit in the 4000 block of Riley Street. A bicycle was reported stolen at 12:10 p.m. in the 900 block of Leidesdorff Street. A burglary was reported at 8:45 a.m. in the 5100 block of Silent Grove Court after $1,400 worth of doors was stolen from a construction site. Dustin Simpson, 36, of Citrus Heights was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 600 block of E Bidwell Street. June 3 Joe Cummings, 26, of Folsom was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence in the area of Riley Street and Orchard Drive. Theft was reported at 4:05 p.m. in the 100 block of Arbuckle Avenue after a Louis Vuitton purse was stolen. June 4 Kylie McKnead, 23, of Folsom was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery in the 1000 block of Folsom Ranch Drive. Shoplifting was reported at 7:10 p.m. in the 2700 block of E Bidwell Street after two individuals reportedly left a business without paying for salon services received. Shoplifting was reported at 4:20 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after $1,400 worth of merchandise was stolen from a store. A theft was reported at 11:20 a.m. in the 1100 block of Blue Ravine Road after two bicycles were stolen two months ago. Jamir Everson, 26, of Folsom was cited at 9:10 a.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the area of Wales Drive and Riley Street. Haydn Newman, 18, of Fair Oaks was cited at 2:10 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit during a traffic stop in the 12700 block of Folsom Boulevard.
