Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Elder theft, battery, drugs in prison

July 17 Nicholas Huxtable, 33, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on suspicion of grand theft in the 11700 block of Willow Creek Drive in Auburn. Mark Travis Sanderson, 49, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on suspicion of elder theft and taking a vehicle without the owner's consent in the Industrial Avenue area of Lincoln. Kent Bradford Rogne, 69, was arrested at 7:36 p.m. on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm and criminal threats in the 17400 block of Applegate Road in Applegate. Richard William McNeely, 49, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence in the 200 block of Hinchey Lane in Weimar. July 18 Preston Mcguire Allen, 26, was arrested at 6:31 a.m. on suspicion of two outside misdemeanor warrants in the 1200 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Elise Marie Mercedes Deconinck, 27, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on suspicion of violating a restraining order and violating a court order in the 4600 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Justin Craig Moar, 41, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, a felony bench warrant, an outside felony warrant, an outside misdemeanor warrant and taking a vehicle without the owner's consent at Thunder Valley Casino. Pamelyn Audrey Nuttbrock, 51, was arrested at 4:22 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant and bringing drugs into a prison in the area of Athens Avenue and Fiddyment Drive in Lincoln. Anthony Ray Montes, 34, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. July 19 Jacob Halary Little, 45, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence in the 24200 block of Pine Grove Place in Colfax. Ryan Clifton Dunn, 39, was arrested at 10 a.m. on suspicion of three misdemeanor bench warrants and two outside misdemeanor warrants in the area of Canyon and Plutes ways in Colfax. Cynthia Berniece Foreman, 58, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence in the 6100 block of S Walnut Street in Loomis. Heather J. Farren, 50, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants in the 1900 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Steven Matthew Brawn, 37, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on suspicion of two counts of battery on a custodial officer and attempted battery in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Steven Joseph Roff, 57, was arrested at 2:48 p.m. on suspicion of battery in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Dariyan Bahrampour, 28, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on suspicion of resisting an executive officer, resisting arrest and probation violation in the 11800 block of Education Street in Auburn. Anthony Eugene Lee, 42, was arrested at 6 p.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Micah Allen Ward, 24, was arrested at 2 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Gene Ramond Bluhm, 75, was arrested at 7:40 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant and parole violation in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Ryan Douglas Booth, 42, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on suspicion of three misdemeanor bench warrants in the Canyon Way area of Colfax. July 20 Fredick Louviere, 65, was arrested at 9:46 a.m. on suspicion of two outside misdemeanor warrants in the area of Highway 49 and Florence Lane in Auburn.
