Folsom incident report: Stolen safe, broken school bus windows, three-peat offender

Those appearing in the following crime report have been arrested on suspicion of the crime indicated and presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. June 5 Dawn Suggs, 41, of Sacramento was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on suspicion of misappropriation of lost property and an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of Wool Street. A theft was reported at 8:40 p.m. in the 200 block of Blue Ravine Road after a license plate was stolen from a vehicle. A burglary was reported at 3:40 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after two unknown suspects stole a safe and fled out the emergency door of a business. Truc Vuong was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 300 block of Seaton Drive. A theft was reported at 12:20 p.m. in the 2400 block of Iron Point Road after a cell phone was stolen. Forgery was reported at 12:10 p.m. in the 2100 block of Falcon Court after the payee name was fraudulently changed on a check and cashed. A theft was reported at 7:20 a.m. in the 1600 block of Canyon Terrace Lane after two batteries were stolen from a truck. A stolen trailer was reported as recovered at 7:20 a.m. in the 1600 block of Canyon Terrace Lane. June 6 A suspected fentanyl overdose was reported at 8:25 p.m. in the 2600 block of E Bidwell Street. Narcan was reportedly administered successfully. Rebecca March, 25, of Folsom was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence in the 1300 block of Riley Street. Chirmya Atmore, 46, of Folsom was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery in the 600 block of Willow Ridge Court. A Subaru Outback was reported stolen at 12:40 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after the keys were obtained from a purse and the vehicle was taken from the parking lot. A Segway scooter was reported stolen at 10:55 a.m. in the 800 block of Hallidon Way. A stolen GMC Yukon was reported as recovered at 10:20 a.m. in the 1000 block of E Bidwell Street. A burglary was reported at 7:45 a.m. in the 300 block of Crow Canyon Drive after tools were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on June 4. June 7 Truc Vuong, 43, of Folsom was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the area of Seaton Drive and Amhurst Circle. Javion Moore, 25, of Folsom was cited at 3:30 p.m. on suspicion of shoplifting in the 1000 block of Riley Street. Vandalism was reported at 3:15 p.m. in the 700 block of Hildebrand Circle after a lock was punched out of a vehicle door. No items from the vehicle were reported stolen. A burglary was reported at 12:25 p.m. in the 700 block of Oak Avenue Parkway after $900 worth of items were stolen from a locker. A theft was reported at 11:35 a.m. in the 1800 block of Cavitt Drive after medications were stolen. Vernon Joseph, 19, and George Fisher, 19, both of Sacramento, were cited at 10:25 a.m. on suspicion of shoplifting in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard. Jason Fry, 49, of Sacramento was cited at 8:15 a.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 1000 block of Riley Street. June 8 Victor Murillo, 39, of Rancho Murieta was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit following a traffic stop in the 13400 block of Folsom Boulevard. Vandalism was reported at 10:20 p.m. in the 600 block of Willard Drive after four windows of a school bus were broken. Shoplifting was reported at 3:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of E Bidwell Street after $538 worth of merchandise was stolen from a store. Michael Harris, 50, of Rancho Cordova was arrested at 3:40 a.m. on suspicion of burglary and receiving stolen property in the area of Black Diamond and Meadowbridge drives. Muhammed Khan, 46, of Folsom was arrested at 3:10 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence in the 100 block of Arrowsmith Drive. June 9 Diana Appel, 56, of Folsom was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit in the area of Sutter and Bridge streets. Mariano Amaro, 36, of Sacramento was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 2400 block of Iron Point Road. Truc Vuong, 43, of Folsom was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 300 block of Seaton Drive. Christopher Dearman, 38, of Sacramento was arrested at 10 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, meth possession and parole violation in the 4600 block of Watt Avenue. Kimberly Pinkerton, 39, of Sacramento was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit in the area of Folsom Boulevard and Blue Ravine Road.
