Lincoln arrest report: Threatening with firearm, possession of narcotic arrests

Sept. 18 Rusty Orion Chastain, 42, was arrested at 8:49 p.m. on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger and possession of a controlled substance on the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Sept. 17 Diego Garcia, 21, was arrested at 1:03 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Q Street at 6th Street. Alfredo Barajasmartinez, 26, was taken into custody at 12:02 a.m. on suspicion of domestic battery on the 300 block of Landmark Circle. Sept. 16 Enrique Abad Barcena, 38, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on suspicion of domestic abuse on the 1600 block of First Street. Austin Marion Westall, 33, was taken into custody at 7:15 p.m. on suspicion of being a felon and prohibited person in possession of a firearm, threatening crime with intent to terrorize, exhibiting firearm in a threatening manner and willful discharge of a firearm in a grossly negligent manner on the 2700 block of Mackinac Drive. Sept. 14 Danny Mervin Rey, 57, was taken into custody at 5:21 p.m. on suspicion of child abuse and for committing a felony while released on bail on the 800 block of Farrington Lane. Mark Prentice Charles Clark, 46, was cited at 5 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on Flocchini Circle at Lincoln Boulevard. Sept. 13 Anthony Joseph Ruberto, 47, was cited at 4:53 a.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on Twelve Bridges Drive at Colonna Drive. Richard Louis Dawson, 61, was cited at 4:39 a.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on Twelve Bridges Drive at Colonna Drive. Sept. 12 Joaquin Laumbach, 43, was taken into custody at 11:51 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale on Ferrari Ranch Road and Ingram Parkway. Sept. 11 Ruth Ann Escobar, 46, was cited at 7:55 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and placing a pollutant near state waters at Auburn Ravine Creek. Roseanne Louise Bjork Brammer, 34, was cited at 8:19 a.m. on suspicion of placing a pollutant near state waters at Auburn Ravine Creek.
