Folsom incident report: Stolen Bobcat attachment, vandalized undercrossing, public defender fraud

Those appearing in the following crime report have been arrested on suspicion of the crime indicated and presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Oct. 22 Shoplifting was reported at 4:07 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after $6,800 worth of clothing was stolen from a store. Shoplifting was reported at 1:41 p.m. in the 400 block of Palladio Parkway after $500-$700 worth of merchandise was stolen from a store. Oct. 23 A burglary was reported at 8:10 a.m. in the area of Alder Creek Parkway and E Bidwell Street after a Bobcat auger attachment was stolen sometime over the weekend. A restroom in the 1300 block of Riley Street was reported as vandalized at 7:45 a.m. Oct. 24 Kailyn Jantzen, 19, of Folsom was arrested at 9:32 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery and damaging a communication device in the 400 block of Lone Spur Drive. Jaqueline Ellison, 37, of Yuba City was cited at 8:44 p.m. on suspicion of paraphernalia possession in the 1000 block of E Bidwell Street. Shawn Robinson, 57, of Folsom was cited at 7:14 p.m. on suspicion of petty theft in the 1000 block of E Bidwell Street. Tyler Brady, 28, of Folsom was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 1000 block of Riley Street. Vandalism was reported at 12:30 p.m. in the area of E Natoma Street and Esplanade Drive after a pedestrian undercrossing was spray painted. Shoplifting was reported at 11:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of E Bidwell Street after two unknown suspects reportedly stole baseball equipment, valued at $1,700. Theft was reported at 10:45 a.m. in the 1700 block of Creekside Drive after cash was stolen from a suitcase on Oct. 21. A burglary was reported at 9:05 a.m. in the 1700 block of Prairie City Road after a safe was stolen from a building. Amanda Cook, 27, of Roseville was cited at 1:20 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit following a traffic stop in the area of Folsom Boulevard and Forrest Street. Oct. 25 Rayne Cox, 27, of Folsom was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit and child endangerment in the 700 block of Sutter Street. Shoplifting was reported at 7:05 p.m. in the 2400 block of Iron Point Road after a laptop and headphones were stolen from a store. Shoplifting was reported at 11:30 a.m. in the 2500 block of E Bidwell Street after $500 worth of merchandise was stolen from a store. Fraud was reported at 10:43 a.m. in the 600 block of Coolidge Drive after money was fraudulently obtained through an email impersonating a public defender. Shoplifting was reported at 10:15 a.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after a jacket was stolen from a store. Oct. 26 A burglary was reported at 9:40 p.m. in the 1300 block of Muirkirk Court after the window of a residence was pried open and a handgun was stolen. A purple pop-up tent was reported stolen at 1:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Wool Street.
