Lincoln arrest report: Evading a police officer, 3 drug possession and 5 DUI arrests

Nov. 6 Robert Norman Cline, 59, was arrested at 9:34 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol on Twelve Bridges Drive at Eastridge Drive. Nov. 5 Judith Kay Goray, 82, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Lincoln Boulevard at Highway 65. Joshua Allen Gwaltney, 31, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. for an outstanding felony warrant on the 200 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Antonio Garcia Ruvalcaba, 52, was taken into custody at 1:39 a.m. for an outstanding felony warrant on Moore Road at Auburn Ravine Park. Nov. 4 Carlos Michael Cervantes Senior, 43, was taken into custody at 1:01 a.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on Industrial Avenue at Athens Avenue. Nov. 3 Tizok Francisco Moncivaiz, 47, was arrested at 4:01 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs on the 0 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Jerrid Phillip Bratten Senior, 41, was taken into custody at 11:26 a.m. for an outstanding felony warrant on the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Justine Irene Percival, 46, was arrested at 9:38 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for sale on the 0 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Roselynda Fernandez Olivas, 36, was arrested at 4:33 a.m. on suspicion of providing false identification to a police officer and for an outstanding felony warrant on Industrial Avenue at Twelve Bridges Drive. Nov. 2 Bryan William Kramer, 47, was taken into custody at 10:09 p.m. for outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants on the 200 block of Mariner Circle. Nicholas Valentino Stack, 35, was arrested at 1:43 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on Nicolaus Road at Roskett Ranch Drive. Nov. 1 Carina Rae Klescewski, 34, was taken into custody at 4:57 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and child abuse on the 100 block of Kiwi Court. James David Fischer, 37, was taken into custody at 12:50 p.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on Twelve Bridges Drive at Rossi Lane. Ryan Tyler Riggs, 29, was taken into custody at 12:38 a.m. for an outstanding felony warrant on Industrial Avenue at Athens Drive. Oct. 31 Cory Douglas Patton, 44, was cited at 10:52 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia on the 0 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Melody Yvonne Naylor, 29, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. on suspicion of evading a police officer with wanton disregard for safety, assault with a deadly weapon that is not a firearm, threatening crime with intent to terrorize, driving while under the influence of alcohol resulting in a hit and run accident with property damage on Highway 65 at Riosa Road. Ryan Matthews Clauson, 46, was arrested at 4:59 a.m. on suspicion of possession of identification with the intent to defraud at the Lincoln Park and Ride. Rosie Anne Byrnes, 31, was cited at 4:58 a.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant at the Lincoln Park and Ride.
