Folsom incident report: Vehicle vandalism, DUIs, physical altercation

Those appearing in the following crime report have been arrested on suspicion of the crime indicated and presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Oct. 26 Shoplifting was reported at 10:15 a.m. in the 1000 block of E Bidwell Street after a pair of Nike shoes was stolen from a store. Vandalism was reported at 1:23 a.m. in the 100 block of Pradera Court after a vehicle was key and its tires were slashed. Oct. 27 Shawn Robinson, 57, of Folsom was cited at 7:51 p.m. on suspicion of shoplifting in the 1000 block of Riley Street. Vandalism was reported at 4:47 p.m. in the 9500 block of Greenback Lane after a vehicle was vandalized by two unknown suspects. Ryan Michael, 28, of Rancho Cordova was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic collision in the area of E Bidwell Street and Savannah Parkway. George Rosario, 48, of Folsom was arrested at 11:59 a.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 40 block of Natoma Street. Alec Maxsonshaw, 27, of Shingle Springs was cited at 9:04 a.m. on suspicion of meth possession and possession of a controlled substance in the 7500 block of Folsom Auburn Road. A burglary was reported at 3:44 a.m. in the 1700 block of Prairie City Road after a business window was smashed and items were stolen from the cash register area. Oct. 28 Christopher Hernandez, 33, of Sacramento was arrested at 11:12 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit and parole violation following a traffic stop in the area of Riley and Leidesdorff streets. Vandalism was reported at 10:10 p.m. in the 9900 block of Greenback Lane after a vehicle window was smashed. Oct. 29 Gary Stevens, 44, of Sacramento was cited at 9:13 p.m. on suspicion of shoplifting and obstructing a public business establishment in the 1000 block of Riley Street. A bike was reported stolen from a bike rack at 3:57 p.m. in the 1000 block of Riley Street. Joseph Archuletta, 54, of Folsom was arrested at 2:02 a.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest and public intoxication in the area of Sutter and Riley streets. Battery was reported at 1:19 a.m. in the 600 block of Sutter Street after a group of people got into a physical altercation. Oct. 30 Dylan Wilkins, 22, of Rocklin was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest and driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic collision in the area of E Bidwell Street and Orchard Drive. Juan Velazquez, 49, of Sacramento was arrested at 8:39 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 1000 block of Riley Street. Shoplifting was reported at 12:40 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after $3,500 worth of merchandise was stolen from a store on Oct. 29.
