Lincoln arrest report: Organized theft, pollutant near state waters, 5 DUIs

Dec. 19 Justin Tyler Shook, 27, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. on suspicion of shoplifting and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on Lincoln Boulevard at 6th Street. Dec. 18 Jarred Durante, 26, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on suspicion of being an unlicensed driver, having no proof of insurance and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 0 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Dec. 17 Waylon Allen Hawley Mishler, 32, was taken into custody at 2:19 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Dec. 16 Brandon Leslie Cooper, 62, was arrested at 2:53 p.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct on the 0 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Jessica Lynne Belche, 35, was taken into custody at 11:01 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 500 block of M Street. Gary Wayne Jr., 35, was taken into custody at 11:01 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and for an outstanding felony warrant on the 500 block of M Street. Dec. 15 Letisha Marie Prout, 32, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Twelve Bridges Drive and Industrial Drive. Steven Ricardo Romero, 24, was arrested at 12:33 a.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct on the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Keith Roddrey Cottrell, 42, was taken into custody at 12:04 a.m. no suspicion of violating a domestic violence court order and for violating probation on the 900 block of Santorini Lane. Dec. 14 Jeremiah Timothy Nakasone, 28, was arrested at 10:01 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol on Lincoln Boulevard at Sterling Parkway. Dec. 13 Arturo Paz, 29, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. on suspicion of organized retail theft with intent to sell and resisting a peace officer on the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Davide Munozgalan, 27, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on suspicion of organized retail theft with intent to sell and possession of a narcotic controlled substance on the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Roseanne Louise Bjork Brammer, 35, was cited at 7:38 a.m. on suspicion of placing a pollutant near state waters at the Auburn Ravine Creek. Mark Prentice Charles Clark, 46, was cited at 7:38 a.m. on suspicion of placing a pollutant near state waters at the Auburn Ravine Creek. Dec. 12 Judy Marie Deanturk, 56, was cited at 5:21 p.m. on suspicion of setting an illegal campfire on the 200 block of Gateway Drive. Charles Douglas Clark, 33, was arrested at 5:06 a.m. on suspicion of providing false identification and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on 2nd Street at Lincoln Boulevard. Dec. 11 Ricky Lynn Berg, 62, was arrested at 4:34 p.m. on suspicion of driving while license is suspended for a prior DUI, lacking proof of insurance and having expired vehicle registration on 7th Street at East Avenue. Dec. 10 Michael Mastromatteo, 59, was taken into custody at 5:04 p.m. on suspicion of violating a domestic violence court order on the 9400 block of Fairway Drive. Alexandrea Virginia Odom, 22, was arrested at 4:50 a.m. on suspicion of of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Lincoln Boulevard at 6th Street. Dec. 8 Chelsey Lane Godwin, 39, was cited at 2:58 p.m. on suspicion of placing a pollutant near state waters at Auburn Ravine Creek. Cole James Peach, 27, was cited at 2:58 p.m. on suspicion of place a pollutant near state waters at Auburn Ravine Creek. Dec. 7 Hope Marie Andreassen, 50, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 700 block of 7th Street. Dec. 6 Bryce Tannon Henderson, 32, was arrested at 8:55 a.m. on suspicion of resisting a peace officer, providing false identification, failure to obey a peace officer and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 0 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Dec. 5 Joshua Allen Vangieson, 32, was cited at 2 a.m. on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia and possession of narcotic controlled substance on Liberty Lane and Virginiatown Road.
