Lincoln arrest report: Brass knuckle possession, grand theft and 3 DUIs

Dec. 25 Adam Robert Griggs, 34, was cited at 6:48 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and for driving while license was suspended for a prior DUI on 7th Street at H Street. Scott Eugene Rabe, 38, was taken into custody at 12:48 a.m. on suspicion of battery on the 200 block of Towle Court. Dec. 24 Carolyn Lee Bruton, 45, was cited at 11:02 p.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Tyler Blair Boswell Fairless, 27, was taken into custody at 7:37 p.m. on suspicion of resisting a peace officer on the 800 block of S. Herold Avenue. Shaniqua Nicole Johnson, 33, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. on suspicion of grand theft and conspiracy to commit a crime on the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Mary Alexus Cinclair White, 30, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a fraudulent scanning device, grand theft, conspiracy to commit a crime and identity theft on the 900 block of Groveland Drive. Dec. 23 Timofey Nikolayev, 42, was cited at 9:03 p.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 0 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Dec. 22 Joseph Michael Arana, 56, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Industrial Avenue at Twelve Bridges Drive. Dec. 21 Jonathan William Fuqua, 39, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. on suspicion of disorderly conduct while under the influence of drugs on the 2100 block of Butterfield Lane. Trevor Alan Peek, 32, was arrested at 4:52 p.m. on suspicion of resisting a peace officer, violating a domestic violence court order and for an outstanding felony warrant at Auburn Ravine Creek. Anthony Orlando Flores, 37, was arrested at 1:44 p.m. on suspicion of resisting a peace officer, attempting to remove a firearm from a peace officer, possession of metal knuckles, trespassing obstructing a business on the 700 block of Sterling Parkway. Dec. 20 Erik Simone Fuller, 56, was arrested at 9:05 a.m. on suspicion of altering vehicle registration on Ferrari Ranch Road at Highway 65. Dec. 19 Michael Raymond Montes, 29, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 0 block of McBean Park Drive. John Phillip CinKan, 31, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of burglary tools, being a unlicensed driver and for violating post release community supervision on Moore Drive at Auburn Ravine Park. Ashley Nicole McElroy, 36, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on Moore Drive at Auburn Ravine Park.
