Auburn arrest report: Driving with suspended licenses, too much weed, 4 DUIs

December 28 Ignacio Esquivel-Lopez, 56, was arrested at 9:41 p.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct on the 1600 block of Lincoln Way. Dec. 25 Amber Michelle Royal, 48, was arrested at 11:32 a.m. on suspicion of disorderly conduct under the influence of drugs and alcohol on the 13600 block of New Airport Road. Dashel Edward Roumage, 27, was arrested at 4:47 a.m. for an outstanding felony warrant on the 300 block of Grass Valley Highway. Dec. 24 Aurelio Roman Berumen, 64, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on suspicion of driving while license is suspended for prior DUI and providing false identification on Auburn Folsom Road at Racetrack Street. Kenneth Sherwood Avila, 29, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the Highway 193 offramp of I-80. Dec. 21 Kelly Lorraine Ingrim, 65, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Auburn Folsom Road at Lincoln Way. Morgan Faith Russo, 29, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Wise Road at Ophir Road. Dec. 20 Eric Anthony Eaton, 41, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance and possession of more than 28.5 grams of marijuana on the 13400 block of Lincoln Way. Dec. 19 Shawna Rochelle Grande, 44, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. on suspicion of driving while license is suspended for a prior DUI and driving with a blood-alcohol level over .01 while on probation for DUI on Chana Drive at Carson Avenue. Carvel Scott Hase, 54, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery on the 300 block of Timberline Lane. Dec. 18 Anissa Jeannett Souza, 32, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on Shirland Tract Road at Maidu Drive.
