Rocklin arrest report: 5 domestic abuse incidents and 6 DUI arrests

Jan. 1 Joshualee Norman James Kidwell, 34, was arrested at 1:43 p.m. on suspicion of violating probation on the 3700 block of Midas Avenue. Sahilpreet Singh Sandhu, 22, was arrested at 3:13 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Foothills Boulevard at Roseville Parkway. Dec. 30 Axel Arturo Robles, 22, was taken into custody at 11:25 a.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 4400 block of Rocklin Road. Dec. 29 James Robert Hudspeth, 43, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 4400 block of Pacific Street. Dec. 28 Ravinder Singh Kailey, 46, was arrested at 12:29 a.m. on suspicion of domestic battery on the 42400 block of Americana Way. Dec. 27 Jennifer Banes, 28, was arrested at 3:41 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 4400 block of Pacific Street. Dec. 26 Indalecio Peralesvalencia, 37, was taken into custody at 11:23 p.m. for an outstanding felony warrant on the 3600 block of Mountain View Drive. Robert Rutherford, 52, was arrested at 12:32 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of ammunition while prohibited, possession of a controlled substance and possession of burglary tools on the 4200 block of Sierra College Boulevard. Dec. 25 Anthony Michael Spencer, 29, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on suspicion of domestic abuse on the 6200 block of Brookside Circle. Nemoy Downie, 27, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on suspicion of domestic abuse and resisting a peace officer on Nessi Court. Dec. 24 Fernando Alberto Garcia, 31, was arrested at 4:49 p.m. on suspicion of shoplifting, conspiracy to commit a crime and resisting a peace officer on the 5400 block of Crossings Drive. Megan Patricia Phillips, 27, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. on suspicion of second-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit a crime, battery two counts of resisting a peace officer on the 5400 block of Crossings Drive. Dec. 23 Gabriel Diego Hader, 20, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on suspicion of burglary breaking and entering and conspiracy to commit a crime on westbound I-80 at Sierra College Boulevard. Calvin Richard Johnson, 32, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on suspicion of burglary breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit a crime, possession of a controlled substance and for outstanding misdemeanor and felony warrants on westbound I-80 at Sierra College Boulevard. Sungkyu Choi, 45, was arrested at 11:37 a.m. on suspicion of domestic battery and child abuse on the 4200 block of Douglas Fir Lane. Savannah Marie Isabella Bouman, 20, was arrested at 6:10 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on westbound I-80 at Rocklin Road. Dec. 22 Phillippe Bruno Lewis Jr., 34, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 4300 block of Pacific Street. Michael Albert Bonari, 39, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of narcotic controlled substance, unlawful possession of tear gas and providing false identification on the 5500 block of Schreiber Way. Robert Andrew Sowa, 26, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on suspicion of kidnapping, domestic abuse, assault with deadly force, threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, exhibiting a deadly weapon (not a firearm) and for an outstanding felony warrant on the 1500 block of Blue Oaks Boulevard. Dec. 20 Denise Marie Valtierra, 39, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and for an outstanding felony warrant on Rocklin Road at Sierra College Boulevard. Dec. 18 Tobias David Paul Sutton, 28, was arrested at 10:04 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a narcotic for sale, transporting a controlled substance for sale, transporting marijuana, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and driving while under the influence of drugs on the 4800 block of Holden Drive. Xinyi Zhao, 33, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. on suspicion of resisting a peace officer and violating a domestic violence court order on the 4800 block of Blaydon Road.
