Lincoln arrest report: Carrying loaded firearm in public and unlawful possession of tear gas

Jan. 1 Ryan James Dorton, 36, was taken into custody at 8:42 p.m. for an outstanding felony warrant on the 0 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Dec. 31 William Richard Woodhouse, 33, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, hit and run with property damage and resisting an officer on the 2800 block of Gray Fox Way. Dec. 30 Carey Jason Witten, 56, was taken into custody at 7:40 p.m. for an outstanding felony warrant and for being a fugitive on the 1700 block of Laehr Drive. Ezekiel Gordon Gilmer, 18, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. on suspicion of carrying a stolen loaded firearm, carrying a loaded firearm in a public place, receiving known stolen property, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and driving while under the influence of drugs on Joiner Parkway at Danbury Drive. Carlos Alberto, 37, was arrested at 2:58 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Benevenito Lane at Flora Way. Dec. 29 Juan Carlos Resendiz Franco, 41, was taken into custody at 12:59 p.m. on suspicion of child abuse on the 100 block of S Street. Dec. 28 Tracena Marie Virrueta, 45, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on suspicion of vandalism and drunk and disorderly conduct on the 0 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Jeffrey Ross Hollstien, 69, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery on the 1600 block of Hackberry Lane. Joseph Ray Arellano Jr., 42, was arrested at 12:59 p.m. on suspicion of resisting a peace officer, unlawful possession of tear gas, possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and for an outstanding felony warrant on the 1600 block of 1st Street. Dec. 27 Charles Robert Brazell, 37, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of unlawful paraphernalia on the 0 block of McBean Park Drive. Dec. 26 Alexis Enrique Mauricio, 26, was taken into custody at 11:20 p.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 0 block of McBean Park Drive. Valerie Marcella Jacox, 56, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on suspicion of driving while license is suspended for a prior DUI, lack of proof of insurance and expired vehicle registration on the 1700 block of 1st Street. Jonathan William Fuqua, 39, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance on the 2100 block of Butterfield Lane.
