Who are the big spenders?

Perhaps I am just ignorant or haven't been paying attention. We are being informed that Rocklin is in great financial difficulty. I wonder why this is. Just a few years ago real estate was booming in Rocklin. Huge expensive houses were being built and sold.The property taxes collected on those houses must have been tremendous. What happened to all that money?Was it poor management? We are told that we had super-management.I know that many people have abused their credit.I also know that our governments in Washington and in Sacramento are still abusing my credit.Our Rocklin leaders seem to be following the governments example. Is this the problem here in Rocklin?My question is: "Exactly why is Rocklin also in deep debt? Who are the big spenders?I need to know when it comes time to vote.Frank Little, Rocklin
