Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: DUI causing injury, brass knuckle possession, illegal squatting

Jan. 20 Angel Carbajal, 60, was arrested on suspicion of violating a court order. Daniel Spence, 71, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. Brittany Jenay Denise Davison, 34, was arrested at 2 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Jan. 21 Domenick Juan, 51, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. Bailey Elizabeth Noxon, 21, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. Robin Rochelle Wolfe, 44, was arrested at 1:21 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor Ripon Police warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the Interstate 80 area of Roseville. Rashawn Calil McDaniels, 25, was arrested at 12 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Richard Michael Barbitta, 34, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence causing injury, child endangerment, driving with a license suspended for DUI and probation violation. Jan. 22 Nicholas Steven Cornwell, 42, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication, paraphernalia possession and violation of post-release community supervision. Ida Gomez, 65, was arrested at 8:22 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for illegal squatting, a misdemeanor bench warrant for trespassing and a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for trespassing in the 2300 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Zane Lewis Hebuck, 29, was arrested on suspicion of bringing drugs into a jail facility, possession of a controlled substance and trespassing. Megan Elizabeth Larkin Jr., 27, was arrested on suspicion of probation violation. Sydney Christine Malafronte, 33, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. Stephen Andre Mitchell, 36, was arrested on suspicion of possession of brass knuckles and a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit. Danny Lee Presley, 26, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale. Jason Wesley Reddig, 47, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. Justena Danielle Sexton, 22, was arrested at 10:26 a.m. on suspicion of trespassing, a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor bench warrants for trespassing in the 1900 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Abraham Antonio Miramontes, 36, was arrested at 10 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 2400 block of Rotterdam Drive in Elverta. Jan. 23 William Dale Bergquist, 80, was arrested on suspicion of probation violation. Kyle Steven Blowers, 29, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for forcible sexual penetration with a foreign object in the 200 block of 5th Street in Marysville. Randall Hall Gentry, 37, was arrested at 9:27 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for carrying a concealed dirk or dagger in the 2900 block of Eagle Rock Road in Newcastle. Lyudmila Mikhaylovna Karpova, 71, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a shopping or laundry cart and a misdemeanor bench warrant for trespassing in the 2800 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Rayne Boe Santamaria, 42, was arrested on suspicion of receiving a fourth DUI within 10 years of three or more prior convictions and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit. Justin William Stevens, 42, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. Chad Varner, 41, was arrested on suspicion of grand theft. Robert William Pennington, 30, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on suspicion of three outside felony warrants in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Joshua Matthew Harvey, 33, was arrested at 4 p.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn.
