Joseph Procopio 9/12/1965 - 9/29/2023

Joseph Procopio, a beloved Husband, Father, Bad Papa, son, and brother sadly passed away in the comfort of his home with close family by his side on September 29, 2023, at the age of 58. He spent most of his life residing in or near Ophir, CA. For five and a half years he fought a long hard battle against cancer. Joseph, known as Joe, was born to Patricia and Vincent, on September 12, 1965. He spent most of his career as a truck driver and worked in contractor sales. Joe was a very dedicated worker and father. Joe loved to fish and spend time with his children and grandchildren. He also loved being a coach for his kids' sports teams and was always a cheerleader for others in their passions, no matter what he was going through. His kids were always his top priority and his greatest accomplishment. As proud as he was of his children, nothing topped the pride and joy his grandchildren brought him. He loved spending time outdoors camping, fishing, gardening, or just loving his animals. Joe had a vivacious personality and a smile that would light up any room. He was loved beyond measure by all his family and friends. Joe was a man of faith. He prayed daily that his family and friends would be made new and join him in eternal life one day. Isaiah 41:10 – So do not Fear, for I am with You; Do not be dismayed, for I am Your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my Righteous Right Hand. Joe is survived by his current wife Michelle, his six children, Jordyn, Joseph, Kimberly, Stella, Grace, and Luke. Additionally, he is also survived by his seven grandchildren, Chase, Everett, Emery, Avalynn, Opal, Briella, and Eleanor. Also, his father Vince, two stepdaughters, three sisters, and three brothers. He is predeceased by his mother Patricia Baldwin.
