Gayle Spears 3/24/1955 - 3/16/2024

Gayle Spears, beloved wife, mother, daughter, and animal lover, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Gayle, born on March 24, 1955, shared 49 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband Bradley Spears. Gayle's legacy of love and compassion extends beyond her immediate family. She was a cherished mother to her children Jennifer Mason (Mike), Jaimie Spears, and Bud Spears (Amanda). Gayle found immense joy in her role as a grandmother to Tessa, Mia, Jaidynne, Madilynne, Davis, Zoe, and Wyatt. Beyond her human family, Gayle was also a dedicated caretaker to her potbellied pigs, kitties—Monkey and Snoopy—and all the creatures that found their way into her heart and home. Gayle's passions were many and varied. She was an avid gardener, finding solace and beauty in the growth of nature. Her green thumb brought life and color to every corner of her yard and patio. Gayle's love for animals extended beyond her pets; she was a compassionate advocate for all creatures, big and small. Professionally, Gayle was a meticulous bookkeeper and took pride in her work. Her attention to detail and dedication ensured the smooth operation of many endeavors. In addition to her professional pursuits, Gayle was a collector of all things country and piggies. Her home was adorned with treasures that reflected her unique personality and warmth. To honor Gayle's memory and continue her legacy of compassion, the family kindly requests donations be made in her name to The American Heart and Lung Association, an organization close to her heart. Gayle Spears will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her kindness, generosity, and love will live on in the hearts of those she touched. May her soul rest in peace. A Memorial Service will be held in her honor on Friday, March 29 at 11 am - Manzanita Cemetery, Lincoln, Ca. Dessert reception to immediately follow at Mt. Pleasant Hall, 3333 Mt. Pleasant Rd.
