May 24 Troy Richard Presley, 39, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on suspicion of lewd acts with a minor 14 or 15 years old in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. July 1 Brian Edward Quillin, 36, was arrested on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for vandalism and a misdemeanor bench warrant for battery. Bennie Joe Smith, 51, was arrested on suspicion of probation violation. Christopher Randell Wilson, 49, was arrested at 8:51 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for attempted burglary, a felony warrant for grand theft and a misdemeanor warrant for petty theft in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. Cindy Ronnell Hodges, 31, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. July 2 Kenneth Allen Joseph Edwards, 46, was arrested on suspicion of violating a court order. Cindy Ronnell Hodges, 31, was arrested on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for false impersonation. Timothy Matthew Huckaby, 46, was arrested on suspicion of bringing drugs into a jail or prison, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, two felony Sacramento County warrants for failure to appear in court, a felony Sacramento County warrant for elder theft, a felony Ceres Police Department warrant for driving or taking a vehicle without consent and a felony Modesto Police Department warrant for possession of meth for sale. Jackson Donald Miles, 51, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. on suspicion of paraphernalia possession and a hold for the state of Nevada in the 400 block of S Auburn Street in Colfax. William Darren Seat, 63, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. Rian Daniel Shelstead, 33, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Matthew Marcus Zazueta, 26, was arrested on suspicion of a felony warrant for lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14. July 3 Taliyah Aumani Henry, 21, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and resisting arrest. Gustavo Macedo Hernandez, 37, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and a felony Sacramento County warrant for being a felon in possession of ammunition. Jacob Dylan Hupe, 33, was arrested on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for possession of a controlled substance for sale. Jeremy Lee Stigge, 41, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. July 4 Juventino Acostaaragon, 25, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, evading an officer in a vehicle, driving on a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for evading an officer in a vehicle. Ashley Shannon Harnar, 23, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. Richard Raymond Moore, 59, was arrested on suspicion of a felony warrant for murder. Mario Jesus Valdez Flores, 45, was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
