Auburn arrest report: 2 reports of vandalism, 7 DUIs in 10 days

Aug. 3 Taylor Douglas Fleming, 20, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on suspicion of vandalism defacing property on the 300 block of Sacramento Street. Dante Alexander Johnson, 28, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct on High Street at Elm Avenue. Faith Mercer, 24, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Marguerite Mine Road at Highway 49. Aug. 2 Jerad Levi Douglass Pirtle, 40 was arrested at 9:02 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and for an outstanding felony warrant on westbound I-80 at Highway 49. Mikhail Dean Raymond, 28, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 100 block of Harrison Avenue. Aug. 1 Kenneth Dean Brooks, 66, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia on the 100 block of Fulweiler Avenue. Jasmine Lee Ginda, 28, was arrested at 1 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery on the 1200 block of Lincoln Way. July 31 Julio Cesar Aguilargonzalez, 33, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 300 block of Elm Avenue. July 30 Suzanne Jeanne Gillis, 53, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs on Auburn Folsom Road at Sacramento Street. Randal Jay Hubanks, 64, was arrested at 10:38 a.m. on suspicion of possession of controlled substance for sale and transporting a controlled substance on Sacramento Street at Auburn Folsom Road. Katrina Nelsen, 50, was arrested at 9:27 a.m. on suspicion of making a false report of a crime to a peace officer on the 1000 block of Redhawk Lane. July 28 Auburn Police Department officers were dispatched to Auburn Folsom Road and Sacramento Street for a report of a male acting erratically. During the investigation, it was determined the subject kicked out several boards at a local bus stop location. The subject did place the boards back into position, but due to the entire structure being made of wood, one of the primary wood pieces was damaged. A records check revealed Shane Hamilton was recently released from custody on July 25 and was on supervised parole. APD contacted parole, and they agreed to place a 3056 P.C. hold on him. He was subsequently returned to jail. Geraldine Lumandaz Galiza, 27, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. on suspicion of vehicle theft and possession of unlawful paraphernalia on the 500 block of Auburn Ravine Road. July 27 Jason Michael Ramsey, 51, was arrested at 6:14 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs and alcohol on the 600 block of Dorothy Way. Benjamin Lee Ronkovich, 23, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Highway 49 at Old Foresthill Road. July 26 Sarah Anne Collier, 25, was arrested at 8:24 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia at Bicentennial Park. Aaron Sheperd Brown, 49, was arrested at 2:28 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 1200 block of Lincoln Way. July 25 Jose David Martinez-Guzman, 41, was arrested at 3:53 p.m. for two outstanding misdemeanor warrants on Nevada Street at Placer Street. Kevin Daniel Reed, 44, was arrested at 10:11 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs on Grass Valley Highway. In addition to the above arrests, the Auburn Police Department posted a summary of incidents from the month of July, including: ·&emsp;979 calls initiated by officers – either by dispatch or while working. ·&emsp;4 traffic collisions. ·&emsp;106 crime reports (generated by officers and staff documenting a crime, missing persons or other significant events). ·&emsp;835 calls for service (911 and non-emergency lines).
