On July 28, I had the pleasure of attending Chef AJ's meet-up group, which is a plant-based potluck lunch at the tranquil backyard of the Popov family. "Hey there, fabulous foodies! I'm Chef AJ, the queen of quick and easy plant-based eating. You might know me as the host of 'Chef AJ Live' on YouTube and 'Healthy Living with Chef AJ' on Foody TV. I'm also a food addiction and weight loss expert, and the author of several books, including 'Unprocessed, The Secrets to Ultimate Weight Loss,' 'Own Your Health' with Glen Merzer, and my latest book, 'Sweet Indulgence.' Let's get cooking and stay healthy together" She recently moved from Southern California to Lincoln, and I'd like to connect with like-minded people who care about the planet, animals and their personal health.
