Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Conspiracy, identity theft, battery arrests

Oct. 28 Sarah Katlyn Bartlett, 30, was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Alfonso Benitezquintana, 56, was arrested on suspicion of probation violation. William Thomas Cozanzo, 24, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for theft in the 300 block of Forni Road in Placerville. Justin Anthony Costigan, 32, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession, a misdemeanor bench warrant for brass knuckle possession, a felony Sacramento County warrant for possession of meth for sale, a felony Yuba County warrant for carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, a misdemeanor Yuba County warrant for being under the influence of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor Sutter County warrant for driving under the influence of drugs. Antonio Marlio Duerson, Jr., 34, was arrested at 9:33 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for identity theft in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Heather J. Farren, 51, was arrested at 3:08 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for petty theft in Nevada County. Lauren Nichole Gonzales, 33, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for driving or taking a vehicle without consent and a misdemeanor bench warrant for shoplifting in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Ben Lee Harris, Jr., 57, was arrested at 9:23 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for conspiracy in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Mindy Nhi Le, 42, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. Amanda Martinez, 47, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. Jack Wynne Morrison, 59, was arrested at 9:29 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for burglary in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Deborah Louise Ott, 56, was arrested at 9:44 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for identity theft in the 600 block of I Street of Sacramento. Anthony Nicholas Past, 42, was arrested at 9:14 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for identity theft in the 600 block of I Street of Sacramento. James Morgan Pryde, 38, was arrested at 9 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 1000 block of Civic Center Boulevard in Yuba City. Chad Matthew Roylance, 48, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting and paraphernalia possession. Anthony Ryan Firth, 32, was arrested at 5:39 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Oct. 29 Lora Latrice Banks, 44, was arrested at 10:26 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for identity theft in the 900 block of W. Mathews Road in French Camp. Harry Theodore Brown, 52, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, meth possession and paraphernalia possession. Michael Edward Conlon, 67, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for trespassing in the 11800 block of Education Street in Auburn. Anthony Andrew Lopez, 36, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. Lawrence Edward Lowe III, 45, was arrested on suspicion of meth possession, possession of a controlled substance and grand theft. Nelson Ramos Jr., 44, was arrested at 10:24 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for driving or taking a vehicle without consent in the 900 block of W. Mathews Road in French Camp. Naomi Ann Sanders, 42, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for child endangerment and a misdemeanor bench warrant for violating a court order in Plumas County. Oct. 30 Michael Duane Alliston, 46, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, transport or sale of meth, possession of a controlled substance for sale, a misdemeanor Madera County warrant for paraphernalia possession and a hold for the state of Nevada. Cody Ray Michael Brzezinski, 32, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, a misdemeanor out-of-county warrant for driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and a misdemeanor out-of-county warrant for driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI. Alyson Anne Campbell, 38, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession and two misdemeanor bench warrants for possession of a controlled substance in the area of PFE and Walerga roads in Roseville. Christa Marie Cochran, 38, was arrested on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for identity theft and a misdemeanor bench warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Andrew Paul Eckley, 40, was arrested on suspicion of violating a court order. Robert Andrew Farmer, Jr., 30, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession, being under the influence of a controlled substance and violation of post-release community supervision. Brian Edward Flasch, 32, was arrested on suspicion of a felony San Bernardino County warrant for resisting arrest.
