Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Driving on DUI probation, unidentifiable firearm possession, warrants

Dec. 2 John Fernando Andrade, 45, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, damaging a communication device to prevent help and false imprisonment. Edward J. Balinski, 52, was arrested at 12:39 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 900 block of Maidu Avenue in Nevada City. Brandon Rashad Beaver, 44, was arrested at 12:18 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, identity theft, a felony Monterey County warrant for violation of post-release community supervision and a misdemeanor Monterey County warrant for driving without a license in the Athens Avenue area of Lincoln. Joy Monay Mead, 21, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for grand theft, a felony bench warrant for burglary, a felony Sacramento County warrant for grand theft, a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for shoplifting and a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for petty theft in the 5300 block of Broder Boulevard in Dublin. Jovani Mendoza, 26, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and driving while on DUI probation. Clara Michelson, 68, was arrested on suspicion of grand theft and conspiracy. Hector Ortega, 39, was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of ammunition, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession. Justin Thomas Rajotte, 38, was arrested at 11:17 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for violation of post-release community supervision in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Vincent Romero, 36, was arrested on suspicion of a felony Sacramento County warrant for criminal threats, a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for driving under the influence of drugs. Brian Gregory Shuman, 32, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for reckless driving, a felony Sacramento County warrant for violation of post-release community supervision and a misdemeanor Colma PD warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the 400 block of 7th Street in San Francisco. Joseph Michael Silva, 45, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. Elizabeth Anne Stevenson, 43, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, committing a felony while on bail or own recognizance and paraphernalia possession. Andrea Lynette Tucker, 63, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Tatyana Zhukovsky, 68, was arrested on suspicion of grand theft and conspiracy. Nov. 29 Michael James Vinson, 42, was arrested at 8:01 a.m. on suspicion of two felony bench warrants in the 300 block of Forni Road in Placerville. Lacey Marie Ralphs, 39, was arrested at 7:31 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant and four misdemeanor bench warrants in Elk Grove. Jeremy Daniel McClendon, 39, was arrested at 7:28 a.m. on suspicion of two felony bench warrants in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Mark Philip Thurm, 46, was arrested at 7:50 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant and a felony bench warrant in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Andrew John Mateut, 39, was arrested at 7:29 a.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants and two felony bench warrants in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Shaina Rosalie Trusnik, 29, was arrested at 7:58 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 300 block of Forni Road in Placerville. Eric Bryan Colvin, 68, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant at Thunder Valley Casino. Nov. 27 Russell Meriadoc Young, 49, was arrested at 12:34 p.m. on suspicion of probation violation in the 2400 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Jose Aisteo Medina, 52, was arrested at 12:38 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Wiley Christopher Washam, 37, was arrested at 2:01 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 800 block of E Musser Street in Carson City. Hernesto Jose Loza, 39, was arrested at 1:01 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in Elk Grove. Elton Ray Dyer, 35, was arrested at 7:28 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant and a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Aleksandr Prikhodko, 30, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants in the Baseline Road area of Roseville. Victoria Paula Melnik, 38, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the Baseline Road area of Roseville. Kristi Lynne Mueller, 32, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants in the 8500 block of N Lake Boulevard in Kings Beach. Xavier Escuin, 24, was arrested on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, possession of a firearm without valid serial number or mark of identification and probation violation. Nov. 18 Marcus Edward Harmon, 23, was arrested at 11:18 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant and a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 1800 block of Auburn Ravine Road in Auburn.
